Recently the door latch on our front door stopped retracting even when turning the knob. As a result, we couldn't get the front door open and had to call Friendly Locksmith and Security. They came within 20min, were able to get the door open and diagnosed that the entire latch assembly had to be replaced. Because we had a very specific design on our exterior door handle, we didn't want to just replace it with any random knob. Vsevold and Lisa were fantastic, sourcing a replacement knob at Home Depot and even driving there to pick it up. They returned to say that the handle was out of stock but sent me the link to buy it online and offered to come back in a few days when the knew handle arrived. They followed up again the day it was expected to arrive and came back to install the new handle. They're very professional, reasonably priced and friendly. It was getting late when they originally diagnosed the issue and again when they came back to install the new handle and they were super accommodating towards our schedule with a focus on getting the job done.
