I went there on several occasions. At first they did good. The more I went the worse it got. Over priced. Went today. My nails are lumpy. My fingernails don't match my toes. Took my grand daughter for her birthday to get her nails and feet painted. She sat long enough for them to dry. I looked they didn't have any issues. Just went in to get my acrylic removed and add gel polish.. the employees were very nice and greeted me at the door. Lui did my nails and I'm very happy with how he did! Pricing also wasn't too bad for acrylic removal and gel manicure, it cost about $48, which I expected. Good experience overall! read more

I have been coming here for just about year every 3 weeks and I being my daughters .Sally and Tony are our favorites, I make appointments and I never have to wait more then 5 minutes or so .They do a very good job with pedicures using that cheese grader looking thing getting all that nasty stuff off feet great about cutting out ingrown nails on me and my daughter.The nails any design I pick off internet they have been able to nail .I also got eyelash extensions for about 6 months there and I loved them very natural looking .All around great place for me , clean I watch them clean everything after the pedicure and take clean instruments out before the pedicure. read more

Nothing fancy here, but reasonable prices and pleasant service. I've had several manicures by Rosie. I get a manicure and gel (no chip) polish, and it always lasts at least 3 weeks with no chipping or peeling. Convenient hours and location next to grocery store and elementary school. I went back after 2 days to have some self-inflicted damage repaired, and was met with a smile and no charge for said repair. Good service, good product, good pricing. I give them a 1 star because after all the nails I get done last and are very nice, the pedicure sucks it's done in about 10 to 15 minutes no scrapping on the heel, they just literally clean your toes and don't do a good job, I'll score waxing with a 1 star since they have messed up my brows about twice. This use to be my favorite place to get my nails at but the manager Lucy is rude and always charges me more than it should be. I have paid up to 45 for just a fill with clear gel coat what I usably get every time I go, she will have me waiting for long periods of times. I refuse to spend my money in this salon if you on their good side you might get good service but if your not then good luck almost forgot about 2 people in that salon can do nails the rest are horrible, bad management read more

Worst place ever.. I have given this place 3 chances..have continued to fail but today was horrible, went in for pedi and Powder Nails. Did not want my nails to long, well they are, I picked out a pink color and they are not even close plus my nails look awlful!! Grant it I do like this color, but not what I chose and they were supposed to be same color as toes, nope!! Place is dirty, they do t even give you a manicure, which I did request!! Don't bother making an appointment, they dump you half way through an appointment to take care of people who just walk in off the street and make you sit and wait while they take care of them. Got there before my appointment time but had to sit and wait 15 minutes before my fill & then another 30 minutes between my manicure & pedicure when some people wandered in off the street and asked for pedicures and were done before me. I would have left after sitting there for 25 mins but needed my toes to match my hands for a special occasion later that day. Was pushed for time so made sure I made an appointment 2 days ahead of time. Big mistake - they put walk-ins before appointments. There are plenty of other salons around although Lena does a very good job. They seem greedy to fit in as many people as they can at one time. Not worth the aggravation. read more

Worst nail salon visit I've ever had. I was in a different area than my usual salon is in and decided to take a chance here. I'm not an overly picky person and if my nails aren't done to perfection I'm not going to flip but I asked the nail tech not to cut my acrylics too short, and she cut them down and then continued to file and file until they were just over half the length I started with. When I mentioned it she told me that's what I had asked for then got frustrated and moved me to another tech. He also continued to file my nails down and when shaping them completely disregarded the shape I asked for and was unhappy and hesitant to fix a nail that he completely messed up. And on top of it all I was there for 2.5 hours. I won't be returning here and it absolutely was not worth the 40$ or the undeserved tip I left. If you need a nail salon DO NOT go here unless you want what you ask for to be completely disregarded and the blame put on you when they do the opposite of what you ask for. If you need a great nail salon try VS Nails in Land O Lakes off of 54. They're the best! read more

I have been coming to this salon for over a year. I have never had amazing service, but they are right near my house and not to bad price wise. I went in tonight for a fill, which should at max take 30 mins. However I was there for 1 1/2 hours and they still were AWFUL! I had an "older" gentleman who was beyond slow, and when he said "OK, all done" I looked at him in disbelief. I had polish all over my fingers, even on the palm of my hand! I had a young lady sitting next to me who I showed and she was also in disbelief that he was "done". He then tried taking a drumel, the SILVER one not the dull brown one to my finger! I pulled them away IMMEDIATELY as he was going to hurt me and he had already done enough to my fingers! A worker named LUCY came over and tried her best to fix what he did, however with gel nail polish its kinda hard to get off. In total when I left in tears, I still had polish on the sides of my fingers, my cuticles are all cut up and I have chunks of my skin near my nails taken off. I have never posted a review about someplace before but I felt that those who actually read them need to heed the warning. The young lady decided not to charge me only because 2 new customers had just walked in and told me I shouldn't have to pay. read more
