I thought this was the type of business that would respond. Instead they just took down all the reviews. I had called previously to check on a Birkenstock. They had the shoe, but I needed another color. I was told, "No problem we can order it." I drove the 40 miles, with my 88 year old mom. We go there at least once a year. I picked out several pair of shoes. I was approached by a red-haired man, "Looks like you know what you want." I told him, "Not really." Anyway, another lady came in and they started chatting. I went to him to ask for footie's. He continued to talk to the other lady. Then another sales lady arrived and I asked if she could help me. I had about three pair of sandals. I would have needed to order two, one a difference size, the other another color. No one ever asked if I needed help or anything. Another sales lady arrived and I asked for help. She was very impatient and rude. Mom was getting tired, so I just said, "forget it." I decided I would drive back by myself and a later time. She walked away saying something under her breath. Then I asked to speak to the manager no apology, nothing.
