I didn't see them posted online to adopt for a couple weeks. So, I filed for the records from the city to see what happened. THEY WERE EUTHANIZED A FEW DAYS LATER FOR NO REASON!!! I was LIVID!!! There was NO reason for them to be killed! They could've been placed for adoption to go to another family that could spend time with them! Had I known they were going to be killed, I wouldn't have taken them there! I am so mad I sent a certified letter to the Manager of the shelter, the city manager and the mayor! Killing animals for NO REASON at all is NOT ACCEPTABLE!! I doubt the mayor knows they do this!!! I am considering getting a lawyer to sue the city. THIS HAS GOT TO STOP!!!!!

I checked Animal Hope & saw they had some Jindos (close likeness to Shibas) that were rescued from a Korean dog meat farm. I was greeted warmly upon entering & introduced to my girl Jon Snow aka Snow. I immediately fell in love. They made the adoption process super easy. They have a vet attached to their building & when you adopt, you get a free checkup/check in within 10 days. Snow will be a wonderful addition to our home. She's very sweet & loving. She already follows me everywhere around the house. We couldn't be happier & we're so thankful Animal Hope made it easy to adopt & are saving these babies from certain death. They really care about the animals there.
