The repair shop confirms extensive damage but won't take my car without an accurate estimate. After persistent calls, they reluctantly authorize using a "used" door and fixing the bumper, refusing to update the estimate despite the shop's recommendation for a new one, displaying rude behavior. Unacceptable service, an incompetent response evident in the photos and their assessment. GEICO's solution is to leave me without a car for months. Never again, GEICO.
