I got excellent service and walked out with one bra and another ordered in that actually fit me after trying lots on. They were about $50 a piece, which is what I'd normally pay at La Senza for one that didn't even fit properly. Staff was incredibly helpful with a complete basket case, they didn't pressure me into buying something, and when they didn't have something they admitted it instead of trying to make a sale. Of course, they made it anyway by ordering something in. Needless to say, I'm a huge fan and I'll be coming back here in the future! I'd suggest it for anyone having trouble finding a bra that fits, or even anyone who wants great lingerie at an actually affordable price.

I returned the shirt with all the tags on it but I was not given my money back only a gift card for the value of the shirt. Unfortunately, within that week, I seemed to have misplaced my giftcard of my item return and called Klozet to advise them of this. Everytime i have come here they ask for my phone number so I figured I would be in the system and my giftcard number included. They said sorry and that since i lost the card they couldn't help me. They have great clothing and the staff is very helpfull and friendly. The only issue is that they will not return your money and only give you a gift card back. I know I should not have lost my giftcard, but they made $200 off me and did not offer to look into it. For this reason I will never return here nor will I ever recommend this store.

I attended my local Walmart tonight 2021/12/16 @ approximately 9pm in hopes of exchanging some…read moreelectronics as well as purchase something else. I don't frequently visit these crowded spots as I suffer from anxiety as silly as it may sounds to some it takes me a bit of nerve to do so. I got to the customer service desk and felt instantly comfortable after receiving a welcoming greeting from the attendant(Veronica). She was friendly and even had a few jokes. I was a few days over with the return but she was happy to make an exception. I proceeded to electronics to grab a replacement and the young man working, couldn't have been over 18 was a great help and chatted the entire walk up to the front of the store. I left Walmart feeling wholesome and satisfied. It's a harder job than people realize to work in customer service, especially this time of year. It really means a lot when these employees are able to keep such a positive attitude while being so helpful. I don't normally leave reviews, in fact, this is the first one I've ever written in my life, but it's certainly well deserved. A+ customer service!
