The bags and hats are normally pretty cool but the men's plus size section is at times limited to older styles and the women's plus sizes are full of more formal wear and less casual items. At times you can find gems but you have to look hard! The staff are so nice and that's what makes the place worth shopping at. The prices are set and they don't overcharge like most Frenchy stores. The Manager (Tracie might have been her name??) was so kind and friendly, and I loved the regular day time cashier, Lana Banana! As well as all the other girls out back! I always found at least $50.00 worth of amazing quality clothes! I moved out West about a year and a half ago, and I just recently moved back. I will never go back. The store was a mess, it was dark and dreery looking, and the staff was AWFUL. I asked the cashier about the manager, and she said she never knew her? She quit like a year ago!?She was the greatest. I didn't recognize any of the girls doing the clothing drops, and they were all very standoffish and negative. AND THE CLOTHES. The clothes were terrible. The bins were over flowing, half of the clothes that were hanging up where on the floor, the sizes where a mess, and there was no organization what so ever. The quality was something out of a nightmare. I tried on 6 shirts, 4 of them had very visible stains, and one of them was ripped! The kids clothes were even worse. It was so disappointing. I arrived…read morewith my family in front of the store at 5:15 on Thursday evening, only to discover that the doors were locked, despite the fact that Yellow Pages and the Facebook Page clearly stated that the shop was open from 9:00am-6:00pm. We stood outside the store for quite a few minutes discussing whether or not we read the times wrong, while a man stood close beside, ignoring us. After around four minutes the silent man looked at myself and my family and simply said 'they're closed'. We were a little taken back by the way he had kept his mouth shut and not said a word the entire time, but, we thanked him and decided to go back Saturday. When we returned Saturday morning we had recognized the same reticent man that was standing outside the store on Thursday night, working there. We approached the woman that was also working, and asked her about a certain colour tie we were looking for. Not long after speaking with her she told us that she was going to ask the owner about the select tie we were interested in. As she approached the man we had previously spoke to the other night, we were appalled and quite frankly, offended to find out he was Sandy. The fact that the OWNER of the store had ignored us for many minutes before speaking to us, and his disassociation from his own business by referring to his store as 'they're closed' and not 'we're closed, extremely offended myself and my family. His indifference to potential customers denotes arrogance and a lack of business intelligence. He must be doing extremely well to be so dismissive of paying customers; these are the same people who cry to the downtown business commission that the malls are taking away all the their business. If it wasn't for the lack of a viable option, I certainly wouldn't have purchased anything in that store, and most certainly will never do so again. Clearly we were recognized from our previous encounter, and the opportunity arose for him to correct and apologize for his behaviour, which he chose not to take. I will most certainly convey my experience with others, should anyone inquire about where to purchase Mens Formal Attire. So Sandy, perhaps you should consider fixing your hours or your attitude; because both are driving customers away.

It houses "seconds" in bins on the sales floor and "firsts" on racks around the walls. If I was going to be buying underwear (omg am I really writing a review about this???) I'll be honest and say I'd likely be buying something a little more high end and less practical than what they make at Stanfields, but they also have t-shirts, socks, jackets, yoga clothes, turtle necks, lounging pants, and all kinds of other things. Prices are definitely outlet pricing, so it's worth checking this spot out from time to time to see what treasures you can beat my mother at locating. Being that I just had a long drive I suddenly had to use the washroom. I asked a sweet young girl if they had a washroom and she pointed it out to me in the second room. I had picked up a hat (grey beanie for $3.99), I thought my father would be interested in, and he had made his way into this second room. So before going to the bathroom I gave it to him to see if he was interested in it. Later I had made my way back into the first room where I was approached (loudly and rudely) by an older woman not sure of her name however I would say she was in her 50's. In front of other customers she raised her voice "what did you do with the grey hat?" I said excuse me? She said "the grey hat you took over to the other room". I looked for my father who was in the room and asked him what he did with it, he said he gave it to my mother. Mom was also there and I asked her what she did with the hat, she said she left it in the other room. The woman that had been questioning me then raised her voice at my mother asking her where in the other room had she put it. All while commenting to 2 other customers about me taking this hat. She got her hat!!!!! And lost 3 customers... And gosh knows how many others. I'm a 36 year old professional woman who has never been treated like a thief before, let alone for a 3.99 hat at a factory outlet store. I commented to the younger sweet clerk that I felt like she was accusing me of stealing and I was told they had someone steal at shirt there last week. Wow certainly doesn't mean you can treat people like that! Then this same woman came back and was talking to the other customers saying that she doesn't know what it is however she doesn't like having anything out of place!!! (Does she know she works in retail?) Really??? On our way out at the dirty cash we counted 4 coffee cups and 3 pop cans and wrappers... Perhaps she should put those things in there place and concentrate less about being ignorant to paying customers. I do not recommend going here.

Your employee, Daniel B., gave exceptional service to walk me patiently through the steps needed to change cell phones and adjust my plan with Virgin Mobile. He took the time to clearly answer every question I had (and there were a lot!) Technology can sometimes put a person out of their comfort zone, but Daniel made this a very calm experience. This is perhaps the best customer service I have experienced lately. I hope his employer appreciates the expert knowledge and personable manner of this young man. I know I do!
