So the "45" minutes were wait in the car 15 minutes prior to arrival 15 minutes processing for "VIP" and actual Fright Ride time 15 minutes. Disheartening ... party of 4 1 screamed but disclaimer screams at everything 2 I think took naps ( teenagers) and 1 laughed. Parking was free was organized and social distanced but my best advice Go early do general admission and the wait time was nothing. Did not understand the convenience charge... maybe that was for the golf cart ride....no pics allowed inside bring a mask....had a 6:30 VIP appt was back in the car at 7:02 after buying souvenirs .....

We drove here from California during the Covid Pandemic 2020. Hubby and I, had a good time and it was worth the money. Also, we upgraded to the VIP section once we saw the line of the general admission and it was well worth it! The ride was pretty fun and scary. Although, I must say, it could have been more scary but, they could really darken the room maybe because of Covid and the social distance. However, it is what it is so it was a funny experience for us.

Heard about them through website, did not read reviews just saw add a d web page seemed cool. We are excited to start this in hotel waiting for time to head over. We purchased vip tickets through their website. Group on was the sane price maybe a little more cant remeber. But I hope it is good. Parking perfect, very organized and well staffed. Loved how perfect they had it all set up. Friendly and clean I saw everyone with masks and cleaning every few minutes. Ride was not really scary but the effects and props are really well set up. Price should be less but ok with it.

    Ready to be admitted :)

What a wonderfully frightful experience!! Family of six packed into the ride and we got so many jumps and frights. Well worth every penny!

Unreal time. Very clean and followed all Covid protocols. The production was top notch and the lil kiddos were scared. Fun times!

Recommend you buy a fast past and the touch me option (they also have a don't scare me and blood experience available). You have to check their website for the next event. We had fast passes and there was a little confusion at first since two lines had formed but they stopped one and did a good job of integrating the two fairly. We waited about 30-45 minutes. Once inside we were there about 45 minutes overall and the staff did a good job of regulating the flow between groups so we did get bunched up. The inside was a good combination of different themed rooms, mazes, props, noises, lights, special effects, and of course live actors dressed to kill and interacting with you. We got the touch me option that allows them to physically touch you to enhance your scary experience. The chainsaw guy, clown in spinning tunnel, and swamp things particularly stuck out in our memory. Overall, we has a fun and spooky time.

Zak Bagans' Haunted Museum was hands down my favorite part of our entire Las Vegas trip. The…read morecollection is enormous, the atmosphere is genuinely unsettling, and the guides do an excellent job bringing the sinister history behind each artifact to life. It is absolutely worth spending the extra money on the RIP All Access ticket. You receive a free Haunted Museum shirt, a badge and lanyard, and access to areas that are closed to general-admission guests. If you're already making the journey into one of the darkest collections in Las Vegas, you might as well unlock every forbidden door. For those seeking an even more intense paranormal experience, the museum also offers a Late Night Flashlight Ghost Tour. Guests are allowed to explore the darkened museum with flashlights and ghost-hunting equipment. It sounds like the closest you can get to conducting your own investigation--though after what happened to me, I'm not certain returning after midnight would be wise. You see, one of the dolls noticed me. Since leaving the museum, I have heard a woman whispering from the corner of my bedroom every night. At first, she only said my name. Now she tells me to come back. Last night, I woke up holding my RIP badge, even though I had locked it inside my suitcase. Still, this was easily the highlight of our Vegas trip and worth every penny. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Just be careful around the dolls, never look directly into their eyes, and before leaving, make certain nothing has decided to follow you home.

I paid extra for the RIP Tour, and I wouldn't recommend paying the additional money. You're still…read moreon the same tour with people who purchased the regular ticket, and the only thing I really remember being different was crawling through a little tunnel which, honestly, felt pretty useless. The other thing I wasn't a huge fan of was the insistence on having exactly 13 people in each group. I understand the whole "13" thing fits the theme, but 13 people felt like too many for some of the smaller areas we were in. I'd rather they choose a group size that actually works well for the spaces instead of sticking with 13 just for the novelty. That being said, there is SO much interesting stuff inside this museum. We did the four-hour tour, and I honestly still felt like I didn't have enough time to take everything in. There are so many objects and stories that I wanted to remember. One thing I really wish they offered is a little paper or card where you could jot down notes. They are very adamant about not getting your phone out during the tour, which I understand, but I would have loved to write down the names of some of the objects so I could go home and watch the episodes or documentaries about the stories behind them. Overall, I'm glad I went. There's a lot to see and some genuinely fascinating history behind the objects. Just save yourself the extra money and stick with the regular tour. I'll probably go back again and take a notepad and something to write with so that I can try to look up more detail on some of the objects.

Heard they had a temporary resident evil theme/ interaction going on so I didn't want to miss it. I saw the chainsaw man from resident evil 4, I saw nemesis from resident evil 3 as well as Claire and Leon from resident evil 2. They had special resident evil themed drinks. They had a scavenger hunt first part in the police station then next one we did a Morse code passcode to access an outside "escape room" area where you have to get a key code to leave the area. Saw a show called demented circus in the building. Not all mazes are open at all times, we got there at opening so some things we had to wait for other mazes we had to come back at certain times which is my only negative critique but it allowed us to Spend more time here and experience more than just maze after maze. Tried the pizza skull which was like a calzone. If you're a resident evil fan I'd come before this theme setup is gone. We did each maze only 1 time. Some were good and worth another visit but I didn't pay the extra for the unlimited mazes.
