Thank God we ordered VIP tickets cause the line for GA was crazy long. No wonder why the website says you can end up waiting. Staff outside was super friendly. My friend & I arrived last & the rest of the group was inside checking in so we were able to run inside to join them. The girl outside was super cool & let us store some stuff outside that we couldn't take in with us. We had taken an Uber there so we didn't have a car to put it in. We were celebrating a friend's bday so it was a gift for her. Check in process seemed quick. We had to sign waivers inside. I have NO clue what I was signing as they were long waviers & it was dark & the print was small. I couldn't see it. We were then directed thru the doors to start our walk down the hallway to the doctor's office to watch a short video giving you the rules of the ride. Of course as a Yelper & a person who loves to take pictures for the memories I had asked the female doctor if I could take pictures. She told me I was only allowed to take them in that room. Good thing I asked. 5 of my friend's jumped on one golf cart then the rest of us (4) jumped on the next golf cart. We were told by this big, scary lady that we were not allowed to take any pictures & our masks had to stay covering our mouth & nose. If they saw any flashes or our masks off our face we would be removed immediately. She wasn't very nice about it but I'm guessing that was part of her character & she was role playing??? The inside was all decorated & a little dark inside. The driver went slow. My friend & I sat in the back of the golf cart so we couldn't see what was in front of us. Some characters would sneak around & jump out at us. Some of the people looked like fake dummies but then they moved. YIKES!!!! I did get a few good screams but what scared me the most was the guy with the chainsaw!!!!!!!! He was running it right by my feet. I hate the sound of that along with the smell of gasoline it makes me think its real when I know it can't really chop any of my body parts off...right???.....lol The characters don't touch you @ all & your not allowed to touch them. They do get close upto you. One girl was even whispering in my friend's ear about how she wanted to kill me & cut me up. So definitely not a lot of 6ft social distancing here. So if this is something that is going to bother you then this event is not for you. The golf cart ride itself was apx. 15minutes long & the ride is the fun/scary part of the whole adventure. We had to walk a short distance out into the gift shop area @ the end. They had some t-shirts & sweatshirts for sale. Was kinda hard to see exactly what they were selling as it was dark inside & the items were dark colored. There was a counter that sold soda & water inside along with a wall area that had props that you could take pictures in front of. Once you went outside there was another stand that sold alcohol & some snacks. None of us bought anything. There was also some tall hightop tables that you could hang out at. Bathrooms were port-a-potties outside in the parking lot closes to the end of the ride. My friend used them so not sure how clean they were but if you have to go to the bathroom in the beginning better do it before you get inside as I don't believe there are any bathrooms in there that you can use. My friend's & I have been to Fright Dome in the past & when we went there we had bought GA tickets & saw shorter lines for VIP so that's why we decided to buy VIP tickets for this to hopefully avoid a long wait, which we did. We went on a Saturday night, 10/17/2020 @ 9:30pm. I believe it was about $45 for a VIP ticket. Due to the short duration of the ride I don't feel that price is fair. They sure are banking some money there. There had to @ least be 100+ people in the GA line. With COVID this year & no more Bonnie Springs, no Fright Dome & not much to do for Halloween we wanted to try this place out. I gave 3 stars only due to the high price & the short ride. So given the circumstances it's was decent. I know coming up with a concept to scare was the main goal and to keep all social distance guidelines it's was decent/okay. It wasn't hard to find if you know Vegas or you know just use GPS. Parking can get a tab bit confusing if you aren't going through a gate with a guy guiding you, you are not parking in the right space and the security guard informed us if you park other places you could be towed. First and for most you have to reserve a time slot on the website and you can not be LATE which it states in the nicely written procedures and instructions or you will be rescheduled which you aren't guaranteed same night. Once you arrive you park and walk down the street and they will direct you to general Admission or VIP which either way honestly you pay more for VIP but you stand about the same time once you get to general admission they won't even let you in the line without putting your mask on all the way above your nose and then you stand there for about 10 minutes it's not very long you get up to the front you sign a waiver and then they direct you to stand at the door by the group you came with. You and your whole group have to stand on the same X six feet apart from the groups around you. Second once you get inside they check your tickets and I.D.s and direct you to the next door while you wait 6 feet apart to get into the golf cart b it don't worry they fully entertain you while waiting about 6 mins Two groups 6 feet apart stand in a room you watch a video and then get onto the golf cart. The golf cart itself goes like 2 miles and hour and the actor's all have mask on but get very close to you on a golf cart. The props are frighdomes props just press around. The ride is about 15 mins with about the same concept/themes of Fright Dome. read more

Fright Ride saved Halloween for me! Thank you for the scares, spooky decorations, and I actually liked riding around in the golf cart. My driver was funny and I truly enjoyed the whole experience. With covid I was absolutely devastating because I thought there wouldn't be any Haunted Houses this year so when my friends and I found out they were opening we reserved our tickets right away. They honestly did the best they could with the regulations and social distancing. My friends and I enjoyed the themed rooms and loved how they decorated it all. I even jumped a few times! I think they did a great job with the timed reservations and getting everyone in. Once we signed all the waivers and checked in I believe we only waited maybe 20 minutes. I LOVE Halloween and haunted houses, so given the pandemic, I was a little upset that there wasn't going to be much going on. I was really impressed however that they were creative enough to put something together despite everything going on! In order to enforce social distancing, you have to reserve a time slot in advance. We initially had a reservation for Saturday, but we were unable to make it. It is super easy to call and reschedule though. There is a rescheduling fee, it cost us $15 for two tickets. Our new time slot with 6:15 pm on Sunday and we arrived a few minutes early, we were asked to wait in our cars until about 5 minutes prior. From there, we signed some waivers and waited in line for about ten minutes. The actual ride was probably about 15 minutes. We got on a golf cart and the driver took my boyfriend and myself through the experience. The experience itself was okay, but again, I think they did very well given the circumstances, so I give it 4 stars! It's easier to get scared when you're walking through a maze than when you are in a cart. Overall, if you love Halloween and just want to be festive, I think it's worth going to! If you're looking for a super awesome haunted house, this isn't it. read more

First, let me start by saying that I appreciate the effort that went into trying to complete a Haunted House during the "Covid" outbreak. I realize the planning for the house probably took place long before the month of October and the developers were trying to develop some type of event that would incorporate Halloween with the ability to make money in business. However great the attempt, it just as greatly fails. From beginning to end the experience was not scary in the least or entertaining (not to the tune of the cost which increased from one week to the next in an attempt to cash in on the popularity of the events release). To begin your experience you must purchase tickets online and schedule your ride time. At the time of arrival you are placed into a line, and when we arrived at our scheduled time we waited an additional 30-45 minutes to get into the ride itself, which defeated the purpose of scheduling a time. We waited in line like we would at any other haunted house. The ride itself was not very entertaining for us and definately not scary. If you are familiar with Fright Dome, this haunted ride basically appears to have taken the props and concepts from that event, shook them up, and spread them out on a warehouse floor, with a sprinkle of real actors in between. To add insult to injury, at the end of the ride, you are told to exit the ride (which is a golf cart btw) and walk through a miniature haunted maze to the exit. It seems to defeat the purpose of not making the haunted house a walk through maze to begin with, and spacing participants further apart encouraging distance. The actors got within inches of you during the ride, touching and climbing on the golf cart and trying to scare you, again, taking away from why the creators decided to make the maze a ride and not a walk through if it was in the best interest of social distancing. Again, I appreciate the effort and understand what may have contributed to the choices made to making the maze and ride, but none the less, in my opinion the haunted ride is an epic failure as a haunted house and extremely over priced for the value it provides. read more

We drove here from California during the Covid Pandemic 2020. Hubby and I, had a good time and it was worth the money. Also, we upgraded to the VIP section once we saw the line of the general admission and it was well worth it! The ride was pretty fun and scary. Although, I must say, it could have been more scary but, they could really darken the room maybe because of Covid and the social distance. Great attraction for an alternative Halloween experience given the circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic. Staff are all very friendly and willing to help guests get through line quickly and efficiently while maintaining social distancing. Security personnel on site does a great job at enforcing mask compliance and prevent overcrowding. The attraction itself is incredible and extremely well done. From the venue to the special effects and actors you get completely immersed in the Halloween spirit as you go through the ride. Great time and great experience!! read more

We heard about this experience through friends and had to go try it out. If you liked Fright Dome, are a fan of Halloween, and enjoy haunted and scary experiences... this is for you! It is not at the Circus Circus location, but is nearby at the corner of Industrial Avenue and Wyoming Avenue. They claim that it is 75,000 ft.² of space that they use to create this experience. Parking is available right next to the facility and it is free. We went through the VIP experience, which meant no waiting, but it also costs almost $40 a person. I believe general admission is around $25. The event was considered sold out when we went for both general and VIP. I believe the people in general did not wait longer than about 20 minutes. They did a good job guiding you where to go next to get to the point you need to get to, from the parking lot, very quickly. If one has not done so already, they will have you sign a waiver. When you purchase tickets, you can actually download that waiver online and fill it out and bring it with you. There's a lot of spots to initial where you agree to a lot of things... It almost makes you nervous, but there's nothing to fear as you are perfectly safe through this experience. Therefore, sign away at the waiver! Once inside, they did want to check our IDs. If you are an adult, make sure you have your ID with you. You are lead to an area where they make you feel like you are part of a research subject group. They have you get into a six person golf cart, yet the front two seats are occupied by the driver for Fright Ride and an empty seat beside them. Two people are sitting right behind the driver and the other two people are sitting in the back of the golf cart facing the opposite direction. The ride is on a flat surface. It is not a roller coaster ride and there are no steep hills. There is no risk of motion sickness. There are flashing lights so one should beware if they are prone to seizures. The golf cart ride itself lasted about 25 minutes, not 45 minutes as advertised in some areas. The whole experience, once through the door, lasted only about 30 minutes. That was the only thing we were bummed out about. It was so much fun. They did an amazing job scaring you and letting you have a blast, from zombies to clowns to monsters and so much more. One may argue that the price seems expensive for the short amount of time, but they seem to have put a lot of work into it and they are limiting the amount of people that can go in due to COVID-19 restrictions. Yes, for those wondering, wearing a mask that covers both your nose and mouth is mandatory. It was fantastic and I highly recommend it for a lot of fun, yet I do wish it was longer. It felt way too short. That is the only reason I would actually give it 4 1/2 stars and not five stars, but since 4 1/2 stars is not available, so it rounds up to five stars. This whole event was so well done from the beginning and to the rude and to the terrifying WALK at the end. I highly suggest it especially during a time like this as it is very well social distanced. We REALLY wanted to like this. We came from California, and had high hopes especially after reading comments on Facebook. We got VIP tickets and didn't have to wait too long to get in. The "intake" area looked really promising with lighting and some funny labeled areas. That was the end of the promising part, the rest was gravely disappointing. We went through sets that looked very thrown together. There were some cool props, but no real rhyme or reason why they were there. The actors were the worst! It's not very scary to have them run up to you time and time again and pretend to put something up to your throat or uncomfortably follow the cart and not do anything. One tried talking to us, but with the masks and music we just kept yelling what and it went nowhere. The ride itself was only 20 minutes and it was very lackluster. read more

Great concept, great adjustment due to covid. I keep reading reviews of people unhappy about the long wait. Anything good will have a long wait. If you're expecting an attraction at the level of Fright Dome or the Saw Escape Room, you will be very disappointed. Fright Ride is a very lame facsimile of Fright Dome, without the scary parts. So I came here with my friend and we were super excited to go through. We got VIP tickets because we heard about possible wait times. We got there and barely even waited. You do have to keep your mask on in line and they will make sure to remind you! We filled out our waivers before going up to get our temps checked outside. Once we got inside they checked our reservation (again), our ids, my card, and we turned in our waivers. The nurses inside were "mean" and it was very entertaining watching them make fun of my friend cause she was already scared. There's a kind of orientation room where you watch a video and the man himself Jason Eagan tells you the rules and regulations. Basically wear your mask over your nose (which is emphasized plenty of times), stay on the cart, don't touch the actors, etc. The ride itself is pretty fun I'm a hard scare but they did surprise me a few times cause I was busy looking around at how cool everything was. They got my friend plenty of times so all in all worth it. The actors do what they can considering they have to keep distance. My favorite part was when they told us to get off the cart and exit. We thought they were joking!! But it's a small maze to get you to the exit. ALSO whatever playlist you guys have in there is AWESOME! Once you're done with all that you go to a gift shop where you can take photos but you have to wear your mask (again emphasized lol) and buy merch. Outside there's a bar and a snack bar that has funnel cakes and you can bet I got some! Also the bar had these cool little iv bags that are different flavors. I appreciate the effort that it took to put this attraction together, because it is clear a lot went into it! The set up was great and there were props/animatronics everywhere you looked. My group had a few complications with getting everyone there on time, and the staff were very understanding and worked with us to make sure we all got on the ride together; I really appreciated that. Excellent staff! That being said, there should have been more staff working as characters throughout the ride. There were not very many and they were scattered throughout the different scenes of the experience. It honestly wasn't too scary and may have been scarier if there were more people involved. It wasn't bad, it just could have been better. I had bought VIP tickets through Groupon (so glad I did) because I assumed the GA line would be packed and not super social-distancy. VIP line took about 20min, while I overheard the GA line was about 1hr 30min. My line was spaced out and from what I could see the GA line was pretty smushed together. Once you're checked in you are ushered to a golf cart that takes you through the attraction. There were only two of us, so we had our own cart and our seats faced backwards. We enjoyed this as we couldn't see what was coming up ahead (a common complaint I have read from other reviews). The ride is advertised as being 45min but it was really only 10min. I guess they include the wait time? I could see why that made alot of people angry as that did misrepresent the ride a bit. I may not have bought the tickets had I known. The ride itself was fun, but the cost to ride time ratio is a bit expensive, even for Vegas. The props and costumes were cool. If the ride had been longer or less expensive the experience would have been better. Truth be told, I had read a good amount of reviews a couple hours beforehand so I made sure to tamper with my sobriety just a hair before going. Probably helped lol. read more

Ok so for this being a covid halloween, this is the place to be!! You show up and wait in line to sign waivers, (if you can print them online, that makes it go by faster). The general admission line had some wait time so if you wanna pay a little bit extra for VIP, do it, the line was super short. After you sign waivers, you get checked by security, temperature checked, then go inside. Inside is ANOTHER check in and they ask you for the waivers, ids, and the credit card used to purchase the tickets. All adults need ids so don't forget! After that final check in is when you can load into the golf carts. Someone drives you on the golf cart through this haunted maze and they go reallyyyy slow. You get to see all of the awesome production they have in there and actors are scattered throughout the entire ride. Everyone are wearing masks and they were really strict about keeping our masks on during the ride; even threatening to kick us off if we didn't have them on correctly! At the end they dropped us off and we had to walk through a little bit more of the maze towards the gift shop. Outside when you exit there was even a bar and dessert tent so that's cool! If you get the chance to go you totally should. It's a very different and fun experience that will probably only happen during this pandemic so go while you have the opportunity!! read more

Needless to say, I didn't get on the ride that night, my time slot was later and I had to work early the next day. Then, I try to reach out to get my money back and they say "all sales final".
