Wow!! Nathan and his team have done an awesome job! Top tier customer service, truly above and beyond for my family. Can't remember the last time a business owner really took care of his customers like that. Our crew who went through the maze were thoroughly scared and they had so much fun. Tips: 1.) get there 20-30 min early to get in line 2.) if it's busy, definitely pay for fast pass or be prepared to wait up to 2 hours to go through the maze. 3.) I personally would not take kids under age 10, it's pretty scary. You need to really like this stuff to do the maze because they are not playing around here! Wonderful job by all of your team!

Def worth the price, 15/10 would recommend!! As a horror lover this maze was extremely fun, & while trying to absorb everything as art, it was still scary. At some points I really felt like I couldn't breathe and was actually in a horror movie which was so exciting. I left this maze wanting to go back in again to experience it all a second time. So excited for next year's!!!

Amazing attention to detail and so high quality! Very impressed with how the rooms were set up; it was so immersive. All the performers were bringing their A-game with high energy and personalized interactions and scares. Wish I had more time this season or I'd absolutely buy a season pass. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back next year.

The rooms, costumes, actors, and props are phenomenal. I got a touch pass and by the time I went through the maze, my face was hurting from all the exciting entertainment I had inside. If you love Halloween and haunts, this is a must experience in Vegas. The best! Definitely get the fast pass and skip the lines.

TWO ENTHUSIASTIC THUMBS UP!!!!! Hands down the best maze ever!!!! They have blown Universal Studios HHN out the water!!!!! It is THAT good! I am still not over my experience. I did not expect to get as scared as I did. This maze beyond exceeded my expectations. This is a high quality movie studio quality production. The props. The scare actors were all incredible! All of the different themed experiences within the maze. I literally felt like I was in a movie or several movies lol. If you haven't gone yet you gotta go. You will NOT regret it.

This is by far the best Halloween experience in NV! My wife and I are avid horror fans and moved to…read moreNV from SoCal. We are use to endless events and things to do for the month of October in SoCal, so when we moved to NV we were a bit lost for spooky time. We tried out all the popular events that locals recommended and while all those experiences were decent, none were even a match for Freakling Bros! It may seem small, only 3 mazes, but each one is so interactive and creative! It is definitely worth the price! The owner walks around and engages with guests. We were eating at the food truck that they rented for the night, and the owner walked over and asked to sit with us. We enjoyed our conversation with Duke and let him know how amazed we were, and turns out we were all from the same hometown! Do be aware that the mazes are not really recommended for children, and one of the mazes is rated R (not for the faint of heart, and was our favorite). We were blown away with the creativity and scares that Freakling Bros provided! You can really tell that these guys thoroughly enjoy what they do and put time and care into their mazes. The scare actors really put in their all and it doesn't feel cheesy or scripted. We definitely have added Freakling Bros to our list for our yearly October Bash! We can't wait to come again next year!

The staff was very professional and friendly and we had a scary good time! Beware one of the houses requires you to get on your knees to crawl through a dark damp area and there is vulgar language, along with one of the performers that shocks you with her long fingernail claws, which I felt uncomfortable with, but it didn't leave any marks. Photos are $30 each, so we passed while we took our own pictures for the night. Great overall value and loads of fun!

Obviously, you can't expect the same scale as a major theme park, but Universal Horror Unleashed exceeded our expectations and has a unique identity of its own. The experience started with parking. I pulled into the garage, and my phone immediately notified me that I was checked in. Since I had previously registered my vehicle at another venue, the system recognized my car automatically. It was seamless and incredibly convenient. From there, everything was well organized, felt safe, and every employee stayed fully in character, adding to the immersive atmosphere. In fact, the entire facility never broke theme. The themed bar was one of the highlights and unlike anything we've experienced at the California park. The haunted experiences were outstanding and better built that many in California. Without the massive crowds and shoulder to shoulder lines of HHN, we were able to fully appreciate the details and immersion. The cool indoor temperature, personable staff, and overall atmosphere made for an exceptional evening. Even my family visiting from out of town, who are also longtime Universal Halloween Horror Nights fans, agreed this was the best overall horror experience we've had. It's different from HHN, but absolutely worth experiencing on its own merits.

I will say that I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with how much material they packed into this tour and given that it is almost 3 hours, you really do get a lot of bang for your buck. There is a free parking lot attached and as many will point out this is not in a great part of town so if you are visiting during the night it is best to be driven in and out versus walking in and out. They do not allow photography inside so I only have a few pictures from the beginning of the visit, but I would definitely recommend to anyone because it is a really fun experience and it is also very unique. As mentioned I don't believe in any of these things so it was even fun for a non-believer like myself. Overall, a really fun Vegas activity and I would recommend to anyone, and if you are a believer it is even more of a memorable experience I would imagine.

They just point you to a monitor on the wall where Zak talks about how he got the artifact and then they tell you if you want to know anymore, you can watch the episode of the show. They do have some very interesting things, but you don't have time to look at them. Also, don't waste your money on the RIP experience. It's the exact same tour that the general admission people go on the only difference is RIP goes into the basement for about five minutes. Everything else on that RIP tour is simply stepping closer to the object than the other people in the room. Don't fall for the "who has $1" scam at the beginning either. I personally had four different tour guides, and by the time we hit the second room I knew that all of this was a money making gimmick, and I would lay odds that more than half of the artifacts in that place aren't real. Most of them are a replicas. You can also "rent" a Polaroid camera that so generously allows you 10 Polaroid photos but then they restrict where you're allowed to take the photos at. I've been to haunted artifact museums and this was on my bucket list. I honestly regret the $55 we spent here
