He quoted us a price then proceeded to tell us that it would be wise to at least look at newer machines because what we would spend getting it fixed would make a great down-payment on a brand new one. I had a dishwasher recently installed from Costco and the team they sent destroyed my hardwood floors around the installation area as they scrapped off the top finish of my floors. They came up with every wild excuse possible (Water Stains!?) in a long letter so they wouldn't have to cover the repair costs. They also didn't wear shoe coverings and left my kitchen an absolute mess. Stay away from this company by all means necessary.

Two issues though: 1) It turned out that the dishwasher needed to be plugged into an outlet and could not be directly wired. They offered to install one for $120+tax. We clarified that it would be a GFI outlet since that is code for outlets under a sink. They said it would be. After they installed it, we noticed it was not a GFI. They got the owner on the phone who claims "we don't install outlets" and was very defensive. Outlet was removed and we were told to make an appointment with an electrician. 2) the dishwasher was set too far back and is not flush with the rest of the cabinets. Nor was the inside of the dishwasher set up (basket left upside down). The film on the dishwasher was left as well. These are small details, but they are part of overall customer experience.

Told me he'd order the parts and could hopefully install them on Friday afternoon if he got them. Reached out to him on Thursday, Friday and Saturday with no response. This morning I reached out to him again letting him know that the warranty company is asking why repair has not been completed. He told me that they hadn't approved the repairs yet (5 minutes later I received a text from my warranty company saying the claim was just submitted). Called the warranty company and the confirmed that this was true. When I let Tim know what they said he continued to lie about it. He also made the water valve leak as well. So now I'm getting a new repair person to do the job right!!! Definitely look for a different repair person if you're looking, lying is not a good thing!!!

Called these guys and scheduled an appointment for a diagnostic appointment; they rescheduled twice for one reason or another before finally showing up. They returned in about 2 weeks to install a new door on the dishwasher ($860). All's good for about 2 months which is when the water on the floor appeared again. That was 3 weeks ago. I've been calling and calling, leaving multiple voice mail messages and am still waiting for a reply. The "message" on their phone saying they will contact you in 1 to 2 hours is complete baloney as is their spiel about how valuable I am as a customer. If they don't want my business, just TELL ME, and I'll patronize someone who actually wants to do the work. Save your hard-earned $$$ and go somewhere else for your repairs.

Sam has repaired my dishwasher when one repairman, just left for the grocery store as he stated he…read morewas going there before he looked for my part; then I got on the internet when he said its hard to find; and wanted to order where he recommended and left me with a dishwasher pulled out in the middle of my kitchen; never to hear from again. So here comes Sam and with all his skill, magic and know how; found a part for me. My dishwasher works great, then the same former company put in my top load switch the quick easy; WRONG way on my washer years ago. Sam, came as I had the part in hand ready to go and he saw what was done and put it correctly. He also in this same washer replaced the transmission, and yesterday put in my new tub, seriously the man is a genius. I have a 'Sam to do list' for three more home repairs; microwave latch, air condenser/vaccum coils (and all the things) and a oven ignitor.
