Told me not to come home when they were at my house working on my pump, when i got to my house they were installing a smaller pump that wouldnt work in our septic, and were scared off by a couple questions literally to the point of driving off. Wouldnt trust em running a bath let alone a septic repair business. read more

It is a rare occasion you find a company so forthright, honest and genuine as this company. For years we have had issues with our well pump burning out due to lightening or other freak issues. Called with a well problem, the next morning they were here and working. These guys got their stuff together. In less than 4 hours they were had my pump and tank replaced and did a great job. They explained the aspects of what they were doing and why. The tank I had had a pinhole leak and it caused the tank to be waterlogged and the pump was shot from short cycling. On a Saturday morning, our well pump & pressure tank needed an emergency replacement, Hinkle showed up and replaced both in a matter of a few hours. Rodney was very honest and reasonable. Hinkle is a great company to chose if you have any well problems. We called them on a Saturday morning and they were out in just a couple of hours.
