Staff -- friendly and helpful. Seats -- OMG leather or leather like (don't know for sure but nice). Wide enough to set my purse beside me. They recline and have a footrest. And there is plenty room to get to and from your seat without climbing over patrons. And, of course, they have cup holders and arm rests. Screen -- gigantic. Prices for general admission -- decent. 11.00 adult, 8.00 senior citizen. Yes, I want to come here again!

They completely flipped the script with the massive, comfy recliners and assigned seating, but the absolute best part is that their ticket prices are still way cheaper than the massive chain theaters like the Waterfront.

Well this time…read morewas a little different it is an odd thing that happened and probably doesn't happen all the time if ever but there was only 4 employees which none looked more than 16 or 17 years old and I don't blame them it is the manager problem and should have a lead person that is more experienced working with them. So we were in the film about 15 minutes and there was a thunderstorm that knocked out the electricity and then it came right back on but the fire alarm came on thought out the whole place and first we all waited about 15 minutes before an employee came in he told us to stay seated and they would be starting the film again and get the alarm off, 2 minutes later he came back and said everyone had to go to the lobby and the firemen would be turning off the alarm. So the whole lobby was full and the firemen men came but they had to check each theater room and they worked on turning off alarm. We stayed for 35 minutes but they still could not get the alarm to stop, so we asked for a voucher for another time and received it. You could clearly see that the employees were not trained for this kind of situation.

Though almost everyone under the age of 20 in the theatre was on their phone. That was extremely annoying.

The theatre seats are the puffy, fake leather, reclining ones. Mine worked fine and was comfy! I saw a few people bring in blankets and I may do that next time, but it was plenty warm in there. The sound and picture quality were great, if not maybe a little loud. The bathrooms could've been cleaner, but it did seem to be a busier night. I'd go back.

I was in a few shows when I lived here and I saw many more - always enjoyable productions. There's usually a show every 1-2 months. If you're interested in theatre, you'll definitely want to see or audition for a show at Towngate, part of the Oglebay Institute. They do a fair mix of shows-everyone-has-heard-of, obscure stuffs and original work.

I might have had tea, but they only offer Lipton tea bags. Towngate is trying to raise funds for repairs on their building, so I know they can't spend an arm and a leg on refreshments. However, I wonder if they could get some donations from one of the local coffee shops, sell the beverage for more, and raise more funds. All in all, still looking forward to seeing more movies there, and I will still order a coffee (maybe two).
