LOVE this place!! The Unlimited Club packages they offer now are AWESOME and they include FREE vacuums ...and I can wash whenever I need to!! So convenient! The staff is always helpful and friendly! They offer cleaning wipes (FREE) for you to wipe the dash & air freshners (FREE)...seriously getting more than expected. They actually scrub the bugs off the windshield & front of the vehicle (during bug season - NOT during the winter, which is fair) and my windshield is always clean too! The new driers are great, seems to be drying more than before. That ceramic wax can look like soap but I can clearly see that it's the product I'm wanting to coat my vehicle with, so that's cool. And it's a LOCAL, FAMILY owned & operated business which I am happy to support!! Keep up the good work Fritz's Auto Spa! Best Value in town!! Cheaper than the competition, with better service!! I have always liked Fritz car wash. However I am very disappointed today. Neither the front or the back of my vehicle was wiped down as they generally do. No one was right behind me, so it wasn't due to them being busy. I'm not sure if I will go there again in case it was just an isolated incident or just go elsewhere from now on. read more

Fair wash, but expensive and vacuum isn't free. Employees right before you enter the wash ask if you would like an interior wipe down which is good. But I won't be returning, I recommend going across the street where the vacuum is free and wash is cheaper East ridge wash read more

Washed my Jeep here several times, they even give you wipes for the inside of your vehicle if you go through the automatic car wash!

The workers worker tirelessly, to ensure you get a good wash. I go back every time I'm in town. Definitely worth every penny and more.

I went there for the first time in my new car. The workers were not paying any attention. They made me back out of the driveway because some dude in front of me changed his mind or something??? I'm not sure what the deal was, but backing four cars lined up around the driveway curve was time consuming and an inconvenience. I paid for the most premium wash and really could not tell if it got me anything above a normal wash. I folded my mirrors in to avoid any damage to them and the machine was so rough that it pulled them back out. When I left, there was still soap on my car. I'm new to the area, so I'm not sure if there is a better choice for an automatic car wash. That and the location is the only reason that I gave them two stars. Just wasted $5 to wash my Durango. Low power on their "high power" soap. It knocked off the dust but nothing for road grime.

Today is the last time I will use this place! The last 2 times I have been there, I leave & my car is still soapy! Plus I paid for tire shine & I don't get it. I complained so they rewashed my vehicle but I paid for the max & got the cheapest!! What a joke!! read more
