I asked Paula on the phone if they check all fluids when they do an oil change she assured me at 3 different times that they do. When I asked all fluids I meant all fluids including antifreeze which is standard. I was never told that there are certain fluids like antifreeze that they don't fill. The car overheated on the way home because there was no antifreeze in the car and the oil registered so low that it wasn't measureable so it is doubtful they did the oil change I paid for. I called and spoke to Paula who told me to come back tomorrow and they would redo oil change. The next day I called before taking car back and Paula got very rude with me and hung up on me after numerous attempts I finally got ahold of a manager Kevin who was very rude and kept insisting that I should know they don't check the transmission fluid because it's not listed on the board. How would I know that when I was setting service up over the phone? I told them they need to explain things to customers over the phone when a customer asks I would have taken the car elsewhere if they had given me an honest answer. I have been doing business with them off and on over 30 years but never again! They do not appreciate customers.

He called the manager down in the pit and I heard them talking about bent clips and the manager came up and said we were just waiting for the tech to install the shield. I have been to this place several times in the past and I recognize the sound and force applied to the bolts, and it didn't seem right. I was late for a meeting and it slipped my mind. I work at Boehringer Ingelheim right across the street. I headed home after work and that feeling came to my mind that something wasn't right. I got home and crawled under the truck, and there was no skid plate or shield. I called and actually got ahold of the tech that did the work, he remembered dropping it and telling the boss about the bent clips, but said it must have fallen off. A trd has a large metal shield and it clips in a well as is bolted on. There is no way it just fell off. I said I just wanted my skid plate back, no questions asked and he told me to come back in, but then found out I live an hour away and said call the manger in the morning. Mistakes happen, just own up to it, but no they would rather lie. This piece aftermarket is more than $600 as its sole function is to protect the underside of the engine compartment. I urge all Boehringer Ingelheim employees to avoid this business along with any other potential patrons.

This is work done on my grandmothers Ford Escape with very low mileage. All the details are in the pictures. To begin I believe most of these repairs and recommendations were fabricated and unnecessary to take advantage of an elderly lady in her 70's... ----- The type of grandmother to thank the cashier at the grocery store for being kind, the type of grandmother that still sends birthday cards, makes pies , has a home in disrepair and was a widow at the young age of 53. You know the type of grandmother that reminds you of you're grandmother. The one that you're not worried about making it into heaven . Yes, that one. ---------------- Ok secondly! The Ford Escape! What can I say? What's you're excuse Ford? The work was necessary? What's that say about you're product? And even if the work was necessary... the price? The prices are outrageous. I can't single out any one repair because they are all RIP OFFS. Lastly, Please look at the work done, the mileage , model year, and the cost of the repair... if you don't know what you're looking at, show a friend or you're husband. Please review the documents before purchasing a vehicle or having repairs made at ANY dealership. and just be on the safe side and believe me, do NOT come here for anything! Think about that person in you're life you love and care for that can be taken advantage of. Think if they did that to them and how it would make you feel. As a woman it's hard to go into a shop and trust what the mechanics are telling you as they tend to lie all the time. I was also charged 63 dollars for this "assessment" that took less than 15 min. (Dodge dealership had it for 2 hours and didn't charge me a dime) I would not send a family member or friend here ever.

After reading some reviews about damage being done and then them saying it was already there I decided to suck it up and move on. My rear bumper was replaced in 2018 from an accident and I know that scrape was not there previously. Hopefully I can save someone else the headache.
