I have always visited the bakery in Langhorn. this time I went to Neshaminy, we were serviced by Kayla C. check#152 on 8/25/26. ordered one sticky bun, one cinnamon roll and one 1/2 doz. choc. chip cookies. I keep my credit card locked, I thought I unlocked it and it declined, she said , you know it was locked. I ignored her and unlocked the card. She then said, "I gave you a little extra. I said Thank you. When we got home, {about 15 mins} the bottom of both buns were as hard as a rock-inedible, and the bottom of the cookie bag was all crumbled cookies with about 6 whole cookies in the whole bag. I set the order on the back seat in my travel grocery basket, so this did not happen during travel. Thank you for letting me know you don't want my business. Most awful butter cake in over 60 years of eating butter cake. I bought one for my wife and I, along with 2 more for gifts at a get together today. I threw mine in the trash and did the same with the other 2 since I was afraid to gift them. They were just a gooey mess, not sliceable and no cake. All I can say is WOW. We got a cake for my engagement party back in May, it was absolutely beautiful and tasted amazing too. We ended up getting another one for my sister in laws baby shower because of how much of a hit the engagement cake was. The details and talent that went into our cakes was insane!! I have been going here for 6 years with no issues. However, my friend and I decided to try something different so we got the butter cake. However, it is not cake, it's a disgusting sugary gloppy mess! They didn't tell us it was sugar pudding texture. It is 100% pure sugar and gross. We couldn't eat it. I called and spoke to Chloe, and she wouldn't issue a refund. She stated that it's consistent with the quality of how they make butter cake and that's what customers like. Chloe is clueless and shouldn't be working there. Also, she lied and said it's a popular item, but every time I go there, it doesn't sell and there is plenty on display! She is the reason I will no longer be coming here. I warned her that I would not go there and she simply said "sorry you feel that way". This is unacceptable. I hope the owners fire her. She's probably the one that came up with the awful recipe! The only thing more disgusting that the butter cake is her thoughtlessness. This business doesn't stand by their product or customer satisfaction. She offered to do an exchange, however after sampling that nasty butter cake, we didn't want more sugary items. We wanted a refund for the butter cake period. I don't understand how this business doesn't put customers first. Chloe said that if she gave a refund to me, she would have to do it for everyone that didn't like the product and that was unfair. No, Chloe, what's unfair is that you won't refund money for a product that wasn't good. I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB. It's too bad, the owners should realize that Chloe is just as awful as that butter cake. It's not the money, it's the principle. Also if there are too many customer that ask for a refund, there are bigger issues, Chloe. So, take the paycheck you get (and the money we paid for the cake) and buy yourself a clue! read more

I've been lazy in not reviewing Fritz's after so many visits. We drive over here from NJ to fulfill our special occasion baked good needs. Hell, we've gone over before just to get some other sweet treats, it's worth the bridge toll. They always have chocolate chip pound cake on offer that's great: it's fresh since it's a fast mover. Tasty icing and plenty of chocolate chips. You can get a good sized loaf for $9 or so and it's always a winner. Sticky buns I know are a local specialty. We liked them but prefer the cinnamon buns. Not sure of the exact difference but the cinnamon rolls were more pleasing. Their brownies are moist and a nice balance of fudgey : cakey. Birthday cakes are really where Fritz's shines! Give them a couple days notice and you'll walk out with a master piece that's sure to please even the most discerning, snarky, miserable people such as myself! Forget the grocery store or Costco, come to Fritz's the next time you want to make a loved one (or yourself) happy, special occasion or not! read more

I ordered a 7" cake . Got it home and it was stale. Returned it only to Have some employee not sure who it was come from the back of the bakery , tell me looks like someone ate it ! (I served it and threw 1/2 away )Then proceed to cut up the rest of the cake and eat it in front of me like an animal crumbs falling all over saying " there's nothing wrong with it !!! I tried the Oxford Valley location and was surprised there was a nice change to the freshness of the cake received and the sticky buns. I picked up a chocolate chip pound cake and it was good. Purely based on some good reviews that Fritz's bakery has, we decided to take a chance and order a birthday cake for our party, just because this place was close to our party place. I spoke to the baker/decorator over the phone, locked on the price and sent her a picture of the cake that I wanted to look like. We were pleased with the cake, both in terms of the design and decoration, and also the taste/fillings. The detailing was pretty good and the fondant was not overly heavy either. I had to take one star off for two reasons, 1) the cake was a bit dry 2) felt it was a bit pricey for what was charged extra for the decoration and how complex it was. But I'm impressed they made it look exactly like how I wanted, and all this over a phone. Thank you Team Fritz! read more

Very good bakery. Went there on whim on Sunday. Co-workers of mine in the past have brought in some of their baked goods to work and they've always been very good. When we went in on Sunday afternoon they still had a pretty decent selection. We ended up getting one of the frosted sticky buns. It is a hefty size sticky bun for 2.50. What a deal. It was excellent. It was still warm and the frosting was melty. A couple bites and we were satisfied. Would love to try some of their other baked goods as well. read more

I recently visited family for Christmas in lower Bucks county. I no longer live in the area and whenever we travel back home to visit, there's always a few places we try to stop - Fritz's is on that list. Our family loves their cinnamon rolls so I ordered a dozen for Christmas. If you ordered for the holidays before, you have to pre-order a few weeks ahead of time. I am giving 4 stars cause it was a tad unorganized. I called the beginning of December asking for the dates Christmas pre-orders would be taken and was told they didn't know. I asked if someone else knew, nobody at the shop knew. I didn't want to miss the window to pre-order so had to a call a few days to check if they were taking orders and thankfully after a few calls, one of the days I did call, orders were now being taken. That was a tad annoying/slightly stressful. If I missed the window to order, my kids would've been very disappointed. When I came to pick up my order since I was a pre-paid order I didn't have to wait in the line down the block. I provided my name to the staffer standing at the door and they got my bag, handed it to me and I was on my way. If you're a local or stopping through the area, make sure to make a stop for Fritz's! read more

Funny how this bakery has managed be right under my nose and I've only just recently managed to visit. It's probably to the betterment of my health that I haven't found this bakery earlier. :-) The purpose of my recent visit was to secure a cake for a birthday on short notice. While some suggested Costco or local supermarkets in the area, I deemed the occasion worthy of finding a recognized bakery with my trusty yelp app. For sure there weren't many other bakery options available in the neighborhood. Upon entering, everything looked delectable in the showcase. After a quick conversation with the counter staff, settled on the double Chocolate / Chocolate Fudge cake that did not disappoint at all. This double was so rich that the consensus was that a sliver was all you needed to fill your craving. The chocolate cake was definitely moist and the fudge like chocolate butter. While waiting for the birthday icing on top, it seemed like everyone else, came in for the various cinnamon buns that certainly looked great and definitely hefty. But let me tell you about their Sticky Buns... you won't be disappointed. The Cream Cheese Icing on top is key. Of course you can get them plain or with raisins or walnuts or a mix of both.
