This place needs to change their hours. I've been in there once at 9:45 PM and they locked up the front doors and had me exit thru the side door, I was out of the building by 9:50PM and cars were still pulling up but they were closed already. Last night that's what happened to me. I get they're close to closing and want to get out of there after a long day at work, and I don't like being the customer coming in at the end of the day, but sometimes that's just what the situation is. I was working in LA and got off at 8:55PM and rushed straight there to make it. I pull into the parking lot at 9:50 and the gate to the front door is already rolled down and doors locked. It's a little irritating when they advertise they close at 10PM. Not to mention, I wasn't the only customer in the parking lot who made it there on time only to see they closed early. If they don't want to stay open till 10PM, then they should change the closing time to 9:50PM if those last 10 minutes of the day are just too much for them to handle. read more

Staff is super friendly. Parking is super easy. Selection is pretty good. First timers get 30% off. Overall pricing is a bit steep but, that's not a deal breaker for everyone so I don't like to base any shop just off price. Overall a solid shop! Don't waste your time coming here. I came here for the first time to buy a stiizy pod for my friend but let the young lady know I wasn't sure what strain he liked. She told me to get sativa and if I find out he likes something different to come back no problem to exchange it for Indica or hybrid-- AND that I wouldn't need a receipt in order to exchange it they just scan the box as long as it doesn't look opened... I come back three days later to swap it out for indica and this very rude lady comes out, I tell her I wanted to swap my pod out for a different one and she goes "I'm the manager, in fact the general manager and we don't do exchanges here". She came off super rude and I just had explained to her what the previous lady told me and she cuts me off mid sentence and says "we won't do that, are you gonna buy anything or no?" Placed an order for pickup through WM, including a 1g Kurvana Amnesia Haze cart. WM sent me an update that my order was ready for pick-up. When I showed up, about 20 minutes after I got that message (net 60-75 mins the Mr. Nice Guy budtender informed me they hadn't had Amnesia Haze for a while. He goes on to tell me they "just have people come in and we sell them something else." When I informed him that's bait & switch, he very assuredly told me, "No, that's when we knowingly sell you the wrong product." Obviously, if the paid representative of the company said it is common practice for them to take orders for an out of stock item for the intent to switch it to something else when the customer is in the store just to move what inventory you do have, I'm not sure there's a more textbook example of bait & switch. That particular cart was the ONLY reason I went in there in the first place as Jaderoom was out. New rule: ALWAYS JADEROOM I'm going to talk to a friend who I'm sure knows more about this.
