Topped with capers, pickled onions and micro greens. A little hard to eat but worth the odd caper spillage. No cutlery offered but you can ask for it. I dove in and ate like an open faced sandwich. Delicious. Pascal's has taken over the brewery, who closed shop last year and has attracted a youthful crowd which makes it fun and lively. Service was good considering how busy they were and with one person at the counter. A few more offerings such as various sized hot beverages would help a bit. My tea misto only came in a 250ml glass mug. It was delicate and classy, but tiny. Very European, which I like but could be off putting for some potential clientele.
