We got the best of Brazil, which I find for what I like to eat to be the best value there. I will say that in my visits there, the waiter or waitress taking our orders have been polite, but not nearly as friendly and welcoming as our servers. I only hope that servers actually get the majority of the tip as they're the ones that seem to work the hardest and make the most effort. Regardless we always have a great time at this restaurant!

The biggest issue was how slowly the meats were being brought around to the tables. We spent a lot of time waiting, and because of that, we didn't get to try nearly as much as we normally would at a Brazilian steakhouse. We even requested a specific cut of meat, and it took about an hour before it finally came to our table. The service overall was inattentive. Our kids' lemonades were never refilled unless we flagged someone down, and throughout the meal we repeatedly had to get the servers' attention for basic requests. I also made our reservation through OpenTable and noted that we were celebrating a birthday. Unfortunately, there was no acknowledgment of the occasion at all, which was disappointing since I had taken the time to include it with the reservation. For the price Fogo de Chão charges, I expect attentive service and a steady flow of meats. Instead, we spent much of brunch waiting. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not feel like a good value. I hope they improve their service because this visit did not meet expectations.
