We brought in our vehicle for a vibration issue that has been ongoing for months. The dealership kept the vehicle for several days on multiple occasions. Supposedly, they ran diagnostics and involved GM TAC but since they couldn't find the issue, they chalked it up to a "normal characteristic of my 2024 Escalade. Our concern was not taken seriously, and they kept referring to it as a noise when we repeatedly told them it was a vibration we were feeling not hearing. It genuinely feels like the moment they couldn't find the cause, they stopped trying and fed us with contradictory statements. For a luxury brand dealership, this level of service, transparency and accountability is far below expectations. STEER CLEAR!

I took my car in for a regular oil change on May 19th, and by the 29th my car was completely out of oil. Their mechanic had stripped the drain bolt and told me the only option was to replace the entire oil pan which would cost $300. When I questioned why I had to pay for their mechanics mistake, they tried to back track and tell me this is a normal wear and tear issue... this is auto shop 101 don't strip the drain bolt when screwing it back in! I was able to talk them down to cost of parts and a promise that the manager would call me back the next business day. It has been almost a week with no call and when I tried to call him myself the other day, he was 'busy'.

When I mentioned that I thought I might need an alignment before long, Tony took my car for a quick drive, and told me that it was my brake rotors that needed to be turned, and not the alignment that caused my car to shimmy when I put the brakes on. Tony had the front brake rotors turned, my oil changed, and my car driving and stopping happily that same afternoon, at a very fair price! They also worked directly with Geico to get their payment on the claim which made it so easy for us. They can contact you via phone or email, which is awesome for us since phone is hard to answer during the work day and many auto shops do not email customers to schedule work or ask questions. The location and office is very clean and everything seemed very organized. We were called/emailed when both cars were ready to go and both of them look great. Matt has taken care of my pair of 1940's street rods for the past 4 years and my Classic 1967 GTO…read morefor 11 years prior to that.. He has been honest and up front on the cost of parts and labor. These are difficult vehicle to maintain and most of the problems or enhancements are not cut and dry. I am completed happy with the work performed and the costs associated with the repairs. Some of the changes on the rods have been considered too expensive to do, but Matt have always got them done in an efficient manner with a reasonable cost. My 40 trashed an electric fuel pump on a Sunday evening. Matt diagnosed the problem one the phone, followed up by coming to the vehicle and waited for the wrecker. He then opened his shop and had the wrecker deliver the 40 to his shop as well as unload it into a service bay so it could be worked on in the morning. I consider Matt one of my best friends and the most honest and professional mechanic I has ever met, I have over 60+ years dealing with mechanics. I wish Matt the best in his current position and look forward to the future reopening of 360 Auto.

This is about a $300 job with a well trained mechanic. This guy charged us $500 plus. Takes his sweet time on very simple work, and then charges $130 an hour for his time. I would never recommend anyone to a mechanic that charges more for labor than parts on a job that can be done at a Walmart Service center, by people that are paid $18 an hour for the same work. Just because it's a German car doesn't mean you get to rip people off.
