The folks at Goldworks are lovely to work with. We went in to speak to them about an engagement ring and we were immediately put at ease. We explained what we were looking for and our relatively small budget and they were nothing but understanding. It was as if a weight was lifted off of our shoulders, and the process of creating a ring to celebrate our engagement became fun. Tom designed several options based off of a few photos I had found and made a ring that I was incredibly happy with. We even got to cast the rings, which was a really fun part of the process. The rings were done in less than a week and the finished product was truly stunning. We couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. They also sent us home with a USB full of photos they had taken during casting and throughout the process of making the ring. It's so special to have these unique photos and to be able to share them with friends and family. We are planning to go back to Goldworks for his ring due to our outstanding experience. I walked into Goldworks while shopping around for a diamond and ring to propose to my girlfriend. From the moment my buddy and I walked in, we were greeted with great customer service and knowledge. Tom explained that they specialize in making custom jewelry and even has an interactive process where the couple is highly involved in the actual process of making a ring. I was sold from that point on. We were given superior customer service in picking out a diamond either. No pushy attitudes to buy, only solid knowledge and making sure you get what you want. I went to Jared's to have a custom ring created for my engagement diamond and wedding band. 2+ months, no rings, and a TON of frustration later, I took my business to Goldworks. I told them what I wanted, gave them 10 different pictures of rings I liked and they designed the most beautiful (one-of-a-kind) ring set I'd ever seen. The cad drawings were absolute perfection and they worked with me on-the-spot to add even more special touches to it. Things were modified in front of my eyes! The communication was perfect, everyone in the store was helpful, we got to cast our own wedding bands and the process was really amazing! We picked up the rings yesterday and it was a big reveal party right there in the store! The personalized service was truly beyond my expectations. I started my ring shopping by looking and calling around and after talking with about 15 stores in northern colorado i found goldworks. I wanted a custom engagement ring made and these were the only people that were as excited as I was to make it. I showed them some pics of what I liked and why I liked them and they came up with a couple custom designs and it was hard to pick because they were both awesome. I picked one and they let me come in at all the important parts of the ring making process and let me help. They even took pics which they made into a picture book after all was done. My fiancé loves her and gets compliments all the time on it and its truly one of a kind. They were also cool about me bringing in my own diamonds but in the end they got me a great deal on a beautiful diamond. Very fun and friendly people that were nothing but happy to help me. Rocky Mountain Goldworks has given a very meaningful custom gift to us... a one-of-a-kind vision tribute ring of the Rocky Mountains. Nikoo helped us design Longs Peak, Mount Meekers, lakes, a sunset, stars and more with sterling silver, gold and stones. It reflects our time here that started as a dream. Nikoo was so patient, had great ideas to tweak the design and was communicative. Then, Tom stepped in with one final tweak and subsequently casted it together! Tom is an artisan! It was so much fun to partake in the melting of the metals into the plaster molds and then releasing the ring partially out of the mold! AMAZING!! My fiancee and I got our rings made by Goldworks. They were very meticulous in crafting exactly what we wanted. The rings are beautiful and I couldn't be happier with with the end result or the process of buying from them. From start to finish, they were wonderful to work with. They took pictures along the way and made us a custom book showing our ring being made and incorporating pictures from when I proposed. They let us craft the rings and had champaign waiting for us when we got there. Goldworks is excellent and I can wholeheartedly recommend them. An exceptional experience for exceptional couples. This is a place for people who want to support local business. My fiancee wanted a sapphire but didn't want it to be blue bc that was her hs colors. They worked with us to find a white sapphire that we were happy with. We weren't one of their higher paying customers and we still got treated like we were.
