He arrived in 30 min and it took him 2 min to unlock the door. For that it was totaly worth 5 stars, now why I only gave 4 stars... I asked if he'd take less for cash and he said "No" it's $115. I'm put off because if you want to make a base price of $115 then adjust your quoted base prices to make that much. You could have told me it was the base price I was quoted and I probably would have given you the $100 bill with the extra $20 as a tip. Instead you threw out a random number higher than what I was quoted for a base 2 min job and wasn't friendly about the exchange because I negotiated the price.
