I have had nothing but bad experiences with other dentists. One dentist left old wisdom teeth under an incision. Another did shorty work, I had lost faith in ever being able to go to the dentist and actually have good teeth. I had experienced homelessness and many other things leading to bad oral hygiene. After finally finding a career and a great home, I got dental insurance. I was planning to get a dentist at some point, dreading the thought and then my teeth hurt soooo bad. I couldn't sleep or eat and I was just in agony. I looked for emergency service near me and up pipped these guys. I had called a few but they were the first to call me back after a desperate call I made at two in the morning. They got me in at 9 am and wow, what a place! I walked in and was greeted like I was part of the family. They could tell I was in pain and did their best to make me smile when it hurt so bad. Jordyn and her family got me and took X-rays of where it hurt. She was the first dentist to confirm that my pain was real and took the time to help me out of pain. She didn't judge me about my poor dental hygiene and just tried to help me get to the root of the problem. She also fit me in again when I was in pain after a few days because the infection spread, which she warned me about. I have to really thank that whole family of teeth angels! I cannot express how happy I have been with the Reiakvam Family here at Front Range Smiles. I have never felt so well taken care of by a team in my life. I've always had really weak teeth with a variety of issues. I originally came to this office when Dr. Amber owned it and was very impressed and when Dr. Per, Jordyn, and Whitney took over, it has only gotten better. The knowledge and professionalism of everyone in this office has completely blown me away. Anything from routine cleanings, fillings, and even an emergency root canal has all contributed to the reasons I'll never go anywhere else. They truly listen and are so kind and knowledgeable. The office management is also excellent. Juli and Diane are absolutely wonderful. I could go on and on. This is truly a family office experience and I am so thankful to have found a dentist where I actually look forward to appointments (mostly haha). 5 star experience and could not recommend them more. read more

I have been going to Front Range Smiles for several years. I'm very picky about seeing dentists because, although I have a number of other health issues that take up a lot of my time and energy, I am lucky to have gorgeous and very healthy teeth. When Dr. Nathan Cejka ran Front Range Smiles, I was happy there. Less than a year ago, Dr. Amber Schmidt took over. I didn't know this until I showed up for my regular dental cleaning. She seemed nice at first. Because I still have my wisdom teeth, which cause me no problems at all, I have had several dentists in various cities I've lived who have wanted to remove my wisdom teeth. I have no problems with them. I'm not afraid of surgery, but there's absolutely no reason to remove them. Dr. Schmidt kept talking about removal of my wisdom teeth and she had her office put together a price estimate for this, which I was not interested in. During my regular cleaning, they were so fixated on my wisdom teeth that they didn't seem to remove any tartar. They just used a fluoride treatment, which I was happy to have them do. But I only realized afterwards that they didn't clean my teeth first. They were so focused on pressuring me to make an appointment to have my wisdom teeth extracted. I felt like they were really focused on how they could make money off of me, and not focused on cleaning my teeth or maintaining the health of my teeth. I decided to find another dentist in the Parker area so that I wouldn't keep feeling pressured to have expensive surgeries that I don't want or need. read more

Same issue as the review below. They have changed ownership yet again since I was there in Sept and saw Amber, did not say that, which caused them to be out of network for me the last time I was there and continued to provide a treatment estimate that would be out of network. Also, both Amber and Nathanial, previous owners have not sent in their updated information about Front Range Smiles to Delta Dental, which says they are still in network, one at the correct address, and one at the previous address. They also have a link on their website, which comes up on google to click on Dr. Schmidt which takes you to their website to make an appointment, but she no longer is there it seems. Over all, poor communication to patients in this case and the case below it seems. I Will no longer go there, which is unfortunately because I liked the woman who cleaned my teeth. read more

Ive moved around over the years and Front Range Smiles is by far my favorite dentist practice. I had a VERY bad experience here when it came to receiving an implant. Dr. Nathan Cejka performed the procedure knowing that the area had a bacterial infection. He extracted a tooth, placed the implant, and did a bone graph all in the same day while knowing an infection was present. I was told by him to come back 4 months later. I returned to receive my crown for the implant but the implant didn't take. Instead the infection spread and I now have bone loss and gum loss that is permanent. I've seen a two periodontists, a prosthodontist, and an oral surgeon since then. The bone loss has caused issues with adjacent teeth now and it will cost me thousands out of pocket because of negligence on Dr. Cejka's part. Every professional i have seen since has expressed disbelief that Cejka did not treat the infection first prior to placing the implant. They all have expressed that he was very aggressive to do all the procedures he did in one day. Especially knowing about the infection prior to the implant procedure. Cejka knew full well about the infection prior to the procedure as we had discussed it. However he chose to be reckless at my expense. According to each professional I saw, they stated that the infection should have been treated prior to placing the implant and doing the bone graph. If i can save one person from experiencing what i have experienced for the past years then this post is worth it. Parker has some great dentist. Hindsight, I wish I had done better research for a dentist. I suggest you find one and not take your chances with Front Range Smiles. Avoid if possible since Parker has so many other great dentists. Or take your chances and go to Front Range. Regardless, Good luck in your search. read more

Dr. Cejka and his staff are compassionate and caring. From the moment I stepped into their office, I felt welcomed. Dr Cejka is gentle and proficient, asking several times during my appointment if I was experiencing any pain or discomfort so that he could make my visit as pain-free as possible. He identified a few dental problems and made some treatment recommendations that made sense, both financially and health wise. This was a very enjoyable experience compared to what I have endured in the past. He is definitely my dentist now. It's a comfort to know that I've now found a dentist who can help me take care of my teeth!! read more
