You can expect excellent, modern dentistry, but Dr. Reilly provides something special -- trustworthiness. Neither he nor his terrific staff will try to upsell you, as you may have experienced with other professionals. You won't be told you should get veneers, or caps or a root canal, unless you truly need them. In fact, it took me several years to convince Dr. Reilly to replace a slightly off-color front tooth cap I had lived with for forty years. He was reticent because the cap was set on a tiny tooth and he feared pulling it would force me to spend a lot more money on an implant that may or may not be workable. He eventually came up with the idea of cantilevering the new cap to another tooth, which allowed him to pull the offending tooth without fear of upsetting the sustainability of my teeth or ruining my smile. It worked great. I even look forward to seeing my dentist and the staff. They are all very experienced and friendly. His prices are fair.

But this office is very gentle and yet effective. The X-rays needed are done right in the chair, no stomping down the hall to a cold X-ray room. The dental technician explains everything when cleaning. Dr. S even got my son to answer his questions and chat a bit, which is near impossible to do. I also found Dr. S to be very thorough and upfront. We went over the pros and cons of clear tray braces, issues with teens going through braces, and the probability of the braces working to correct teeth alignment issues.

The teeth cleaning I received from Perfect Teeth was the worst cleaning I have ever had in my entire life . A new neighbor informed me they had upcoming appointments for teeth cleaning services at Perfect Teeth. Their appointments had come and went and the next time I saw her she said that they would never go back. Prior to my teeth cleaning, on several different occasions I had tried sharing some of my concerns with the dentist about an ongoing issue in my mouth that was only getting worse. Every time he brushed me off or would say that only happens to 1 of 50 patients. Since then time has gone by and because of his negligence it's a possibility I could lose my teeth.
