Lo and behold, not three weeks later we have the need for new magnetic signs and business cards for our senior, small-breed hospice. We calls on the hope they could fill our order and sure enough, they are FULL SERVICE! We placed the order and sent the graphics. They were very attentive to the color and placement since we had to change a bit from our previous items. It happened three times so I'm on to them. They operate with lack of integrity. Instead of admitting they put the hold on themselves, they tell me the retailer requested to hold the packages. I call the retailer and theyre confused then they tell me they had no reason to put hold on my packages. FedEx have done this with adidas, calpak and a Nike package. Get it together. Don't lie I have sent a complaint to retailers so hopefully they stop using FedEx

I often receive many compliments from people asking where I got my printed items so I figured I'd write a review on Yelp to share the love even more. I've been here for over a dozen printing jobs and also had the chance to use Copy HQ as the main printing company for a large year-long nation-wide project for a Conference happening in Dallas and every single one of our items were flawless and perfect. Some of the items I've had made this year were T-Shirts (a lot of different designs), Program Booklets, Flyers, Banners, Step & Repeats, Stickers, Pamphlets, Postcards, etc. The cost here is very affordable and you really can't beat the prices, quality, and service especially since Ace goes above and beyond to have his clients happy. I've shopped around other places to find my exact printing jobs estimated to cost at least 5-7 times the amount that's offered at Copy HQ... whoa.
