Lo and behold, not three weeks later we have the need for new magnetic signs and business cards for our senior, small-breed hospice. We calls on the hope they could fill our order and sure enough, they are FULL SERVICE! We placed the order and sent the graphics. They were very attentive to the color and placement since we had to change a bit from our previous items. It happened three times so I'm on to them. They operate with lack of integrity. Instead of admitting they put the hold on themselves, they tell me the retailer requested to hold the packages. I call the retailer and theyre confused then they tell me they had no reason to put hold on my packages. FedEx have done this with adidas, calpak and a Nike package. Get it together. Don't lie I have sent a complaint to retailers so hopefully they stop using FedEx

I've been here for over a dozen printing jobs and also had the chance to use Copy HQ as the main printing company for a large year-long nation-wide project for a Conference happening in Dallas and every single one of our items were flawless and perfect. Some of the items I've had made this year were T-Shirts (a lot of different designs), Program Booklets, Flyers, Banners, Step & Repeats, Stickers, Pamphlets, Postcards, etc. The cost here is very affordable and you really can't beat the prices, quality, and service especially since Ace goes above and beyond to have his clients happy. I've shopped around other places to find my exact printing jobs estimated to cost at least 5-7 times the amount that's offered at Copy HQ... whoa. I called their customer service and they walked me through the process and explained to me what type of files were best to use and made me realize how easy it was lol. I told them that I needed the stickers fast and the rep suggested that the five business day option should be fine but I didn't want to take any chances, so I chose the one day option - I really appreciated the honesty and their patience for walking me through process. I've received 6 proofs to approve for 2 items - 2 of which were sent to me after the item I actually did get was delivered. It's difficult to believe that an outfit THIS non-organized and idiotic stays in business - it's probably one of those that shuts down & opens back up under a similar but not-exactly-the-same name kinda shady place would do. Business cards are lost & this place says they have nothing to do with it - I don't believe they ever sent them at all. Some nice ppl on the customer service chat & phone (some boneheads too...) but it's all just such a mess you should STAY AWAY
