Made an appointment to have my vehicle worked on when I made the appointment they said that they would allow me to have a courtesy vehicle to go home so I didn't have to sit there at 3 or 4 hours then when I go to take the vehicle they tell me they only have three loaners and they can't loan me one I guess I'm not rich enough to have one of their loaners but that's how they take care of their customers read more

My friend saw a jeep grand Cherokee online and so we went up to view it and test drive it. Online it did not state that there was damage from the tornado. When we got there the salesman Keegan was friendly. the Jeep was marked down, but had damage that could cost anywhere between $500-2,000 that they would not fix. We looked at another demo car with 6,000 miles on it and they were doing roughly $36,000 for. First off, the salesmen had to jumpstart it, and the button to close the trunk did not work on. I am going to buy a new truck. In the past Frontier Chev did good work on my Trailblazer, So I figured would see about buying a Ram from Frontier. When I first read the reviews I kind of figured they were just grumpy people; Well now having to rethink that. I called Frontier Dodge and got a salesman, Joe; Told him what I was looking for; Had already done the build routine on line, it is not an unusual truck, but I want it well equiped. Joe told me he would get back to me in a couple of days. After waiting more than a week, I called; He didn't answer, so left a voice mail. Joe never called me back. The WORST experience I've ever had. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! I purchased my car from out of state. As soon as I payed for my vehicle and shipping (750$)they let me know that they don't ship out they're vehicles... so I went back and fourth talking to they're joke of a team to see how I was going to get my car. I got my car a week late!! This company is a JOKE. Seriously everyone I spoke with does not know how to do they're job. Very unprofessional. Sales associate named Chrystal was super helpful in the beginning, then as soon as I paid for my vehicle/signed all of the paper work she ghosted me. Could never get ahold of her, she was always telling to me contact someone else for info because she didn't know. She also forget to put my temp plates on my car, so I could not drive for another few days until they mailed them to me. Honestly she has no idea what she's doing and even told me " I'm sorry I'm not used to doing sales through the phone" when I'm the beginning the told me she has done many car sales from out of state. Manager Todd; yeah, he's a joke. Every time I called to speak with him he was "in a meeting", it's been 2 weeks since buying my car and he still has never called me back. These people are absolute criminals. Do not buy or trust these people. We bought a used jeep (20k miles) for what we thought was a good deal. We've bought cars from Reynolds, Joe Cooper, and Bill Knight. All of whom have been honest and up front. So when we asked them if there was anything wrong with the car they said it was in great condition. Not only did the car's alignnent snap seconds after driving off the lot but when we came back the next day the first thing out of the salesmans mouth, literally, was its sold as is. We reminded him loudly (not rudely) that we were told its still under factory warranty and that they told us their dealership did a safety. inspection. They quickly walked us outside and offered to fix the car. After they "fix" the car it snaps again on the highway. Took it to another shop and they told us they've been jerry rigging the car (even though its under warranty!) They wouldn't let it leave their garage because the problem is life threatening. Frontier Jeep put my wifes life in immanent danger to save $80 on a part. Please keep your family safe and go elsewhere. read more

Was told I my vehicle needed a front end alignment. Frontier Dodge supposedly aligned my vehicle at the tune of $149.99. After they wore the front tires out again, took it back for another alignment, and now it's wearing out my new tires. They eat your money but don't want to repair what's out or what THEY have messed up on. No responsibility. I don't recommend this dealership for anything. read more

Went in for a noise in the engine compartment, they told me it was the ice scraper in the glove compartment and charged me a diagnostic charge. The noise was still there and got worse, took it back and they told me it was the main bearing in the engine and that I would need a new engine! I was in the midst of moving out of state so trailered the vehicle to have it looked at, at a later date. Well my, my , my....it was the water pump and belt! Sad when a technician can't diagnose without a "code"! Beware of these people. read more

Just tried to buy a 2017 3500 Ram truck. MSRP 80k plus, showed a sell price of $ 65859. as advertised on the web sight, best 5they said they would sell it for was 69k. What a rip off dealership don't waste your time. read more

I called them and a salesman by the name of Chuck Ferguson returned my call.... I was asking about the new 2016 blue Viper they had for sale. Chuck told me how good a salesman he is and said he can work with me... I was going to trade in my car and we disagreed on how much my trade in was worth..... told me he would talk to his people about the trade in and get back to me. Did he call me back or e-mail me back, did he respond back to my e-mail......nope. This was 2 months ago and the car is still there so it isn't because they sold it... strange way to sell cars imo. read more

We had a bad experience at this dealer. Took car in after accident on icy road. Got car back windshield washer spray mode wasn't fixed when requested, asked them to check the alignment, nothing was checked, air bag light was on when we picked up car, wheel nuts were told were wrong ones upon leaving dealer and never keep us informed about status of parts delivery we had to call them daily. Eventually left car for 5 days and rented a car. Don't go here if u can avoid them. Service manager disengaged. read more

Never use these people. Just bought a new 2017 dodge ram and was told had uconnect. On way home found that it didn't have it. Immediately called back and general mgr said to give him a couple of days to work on it. After we called several times and did our own research finally found an aftermarket was available through dodge. We agreed on price to install and was only suppose to take 1-1/2 hr to install. After 7 hours waiting service said truck was ready. Asked them to show is how it worked. System would not work correctly. Took truck home and returned to them week later to try to fix. After 10 days in shop they still can't get to work correctly without phone being plugged in manually. Tried to negotiate with mgr for another truck that works correctly. They want a mere $16000.00 to resolve issue. I am done with these people. This is 5th vehicle we have bought from them and will be the last. They will not stand by their word so buyer beware read more
