Dishonest and unprofessional dealership. Would not recommend pitcher a car from them and do NOT get the warranty. It is a SCAM! 7 trips (not an exaggeration) to the service department and they somehow still can't figure out how to repair the AC correctly. Convenient though that they charge a $100+ fee every time I come in to get it looked at even with having a warranty. 3 months into the process and AC is still not working correctly. They must know the warranty is about to expire. Why drive to El Reno to this awful company when there are lots of better options in the city? They don't care about their customers. read more

I bought a new car in Tulsa and it had a few issues. I drove all the way back to Tulsa thinking I had to take it where I bought it. They didn't fix it. I took it to. Roman because it was owned by the same people and still they didn't fix it. I called Rick Jones and they said they would be happy to look at it and arranged for a loaner car for me to drive. They called to keep me up to date on the repairs and they were finished when they said they would be done. They did a great job and I have taken it there for service and oil changes since. I won'go anywhere else. I am back for more service on a different issue- they are so helpful. Looked up my extended warranty info to help get my issue covered even though I did not buy it from them. Be wary!! They had three 2019 vehicles listed on autotrader for a really good price. When asked about the vehicles I was told it was a "computer error" and two of the three were loaners and not currently available for sell. Buying another vehicle can be quite the ordeal but this o e hadto be the smoothest purchase yet. Let me break it down for you! Monday I found this Chevy Avalanche on Cargurus in El Reno Oklahoma so I decided to call and ask a few questions about this Chevy and the ever so kind receptionist puts me in co tact with Mr Harry Lorenzen. He answered a few of my basic questions and called me back with answers to the more difficult ones. I explained that I live in Edmond and I wasn't sure when I would be able to come see the vehicle, and Harry quickly but professionally asked if i would like him to bring it by when he got off work. Now that's customer service!!! Without boring you with all the little details i must say that Harry was a pleasure to deal with and the process was super easy and efficient. I am very pleased with our overall experience and I will come there first for any future vehicle needs. However, I hope in the future they spend a few extra minutes detailing my vehicle or at least paid a little more attention to detail - if they had I would have probably given my second 5 star review. Many years ago when I lived in Oklahoma, I needed a second car. I was looking for a used car...the first one I test drove was a Saturn but it smelled like it was overheating. The service department here is fantastic! I am traveling on business and in OKC for a month and had some engine problems. The service department was able to get me in w/in 24 hours, fixed the problem AND took care of an open recall. I was in and out of there in 90 minutes. The waiting room was comfortable and surprisingly a comfortable temperature (I usually freeze in waiting rooms at dealerships). I would definitely choose to go back and use their service department. I first saw a vehicle that I wanted on Auto Trader (a 2005 Silverado), thinking that it was a good looking truck. Well I ended up buying it for $9000. So far, I have replaced probably 10 things on the truck. After begging them to fix the problems, and them telling me there was nothing wrong, they finally fixed it. Well I have now only had the truck about five and a half months, and I find more problems every day. Like pieces under the truck that were SUPER GLUED, no wonder they broke! This was probably the worst decision I have ever made (buying from this dealer). They told me that they shouldnt have to fix anything on the truck, even when I was buying it. I dont like getting lied to. I would not recommend anyone to go to this dealer. They treated me like I didnt know a thing.
