Never have I seen a more disorganized company that continously pushes their field workers out of the industry due to the poor treatment and lack of accountability from their upper management. This company has a record for setting up projects that are unprofitable and and creates toxic work environments for their workers and those doing business/contracted with them. Your standard sprinkler contractor, they do a good enough job. They have nice people working for them.

Frontier Fire Protection was hired to come into my facility and rebuild a backflow preventer. They charged for two men and 3 hours to do a job that takes 30 min. The inspection failed and they refused to return calls and emails. Then when I finally got in touch with them. They said there is nothing they can do and that they do not plan on coming back out to even look at it. I ended up calling a different fire protection company and they were much much more professional. read more
