I moved to Lincoln in November 2022 and had my 2013 Harley-Davidson Dyna Superglide Custom in a U-Haul storage unit until we closed on our house and then had to wait for winter to be over. When it was time to get my wife's Iron 883 and my bike out of storage, I had an electrical issue that was killing the power when I hit the starter switch. I was very pleased with my service performed by Frontier H-D. They came and trailered my bike, solved my electrical issue, did a great oil and brake service, and replaced my badly worn tires. They even detailed my bike before pickup. I highly recommend this H-D and will use them for all my needs. read more

Sales people are vipers and will not leave you alone. parts and service are a shell of what they one were. would not recommend to anyone. Purchased a bike recently, worst buying experience I've ever had. I'm used to paying for add ons like paint protection and warranty, but extremely high documentation fees, setup fees and bogus financing inflation costs is ridiculous. Tried to convince me the bike had the chrome package, which is Harley's standard, blacked out is the up charge option. Also they had to assemble the bike. They come fully assembled in a crate. Hello Harely and Purchasing customers, I'd like to report an issue I experienced with the Sales department of Harely of Lincoln, Ne on 9-6-25. The representatives I spoke were Garret and Meleck. They sold me on a 2020 Harley sportster. They said the sold price to me was $12k and they would give me an impressive $3k trade in on my bike. I almost made the deal that day. I decided to sleep on it. Went home to researched the bike. JD Power has it for $5800. Here's the kicker! Harely of Lincoln is advertising THAT bike , same Vin number, on their website for $7399. Thats straight robbery. Garret gave me a sales call the next day. I liked the bike so I told him $3k for my bike and $4399 cash for it, which was sticker price on thier website. He said we were at $12 and would have to talk with Maleck. Next day I called Garret, didn't want to talk, so he transfered me to "Dick." This was the name the sales representative gave me. He said they wouldn't be able to make the deal and we're going to put $3500 in upgrades. So at this time Harely couldnt make a deal. As of 9-10 the Sportster is still on their website for $7399. This is false advertising by Harely and showes thier not a company to be trusted. This left me frustrated, reconsidering Harely as my go to Motorcycle and definitely unsure about your product, services and mostly the integrity of those who work for Harely Co. I hope this can be reviewed and addressed so future interactions are handled more professionally. read more

What retail business doesn't price their display products? Parts department doesn't have prices on most of their parts. How many impulse sales does this dealership lose because you either have to look up the cost on line while browsing or wait until a parts associate is free to answer your question. Every other dealership I've ever gone to prices their parts on display and don't use the excuse that it saves them from having to reprice when they go up (lazy operation). Have been going to Omaha dealerships to buy parts lately. Keep trying to get past this but made a decision again this week to not make a $190 purchase because on top of not having a price on an item, the parts associate acknowledged my next place in line by looking at me and saying, "Yeah?". read more

The daughter went to Fontier HD to buy a used, Street 500 (just got her motorcycle license) and they wanted $799.00 in Document fees and $200 in Title fees along with $1620.45 in, Other Charges and Fees, on top of the Selling price. Just up the road in Omaha another dealership quoted me the sale price plus $299 in Doc and $20 in Title fees, this was stated up front without even having to ask, with no other hidden fees or charges, I love their honesty as opposed to Frontier. read more

This is a very nice dealership, and the staff was very friendly that we briefly interacted with. The girl that started talking to us was very friendly and provided great customer service. They have a lot of parts on clearance, and a large amount of clothes on sale. They have a nice seating area outside, and the Sunday we chose had a food truck in their parking lot. read more

This review is for the Service Dept. at Frontier HD only. I am not reviewing the retail (clothing) or parts department. I have a 2015 Tri Glide. I received a quote for doing the 15K mile service. Frontier quoted $700.00! The exact same 15K service at Dillon HD in Omaha was $400.00! The ONLY reason I went to Frontier was that I had a coupon to take $300.00 off the cost of service. While being serviced I was told I needed a new oil pan gasket, needed my brake fluid flushed, and needed my clutch fluid replaced. The cost for the brake fluid flush at Frontier HD was $411.26. The cost for the clutch fluid replacement was $286.09 at Frontier HD and the cost for replacing the oil pan gasket was $180.89 at Frontier HD. They figured the total hours of labor to be, 9.2 hours at $149.00 per hour. This included the 15K service. I then called Dillon HD in Omaha. I asked for a quote to do the brake fluid flush and clutch fluid replacement. The quote was $380.00 FOR BOTH! Thus it was over $300.00 LESS at Dillon HD than at Frontier HD. When I brought up the drastic price differences to the service advisor his comment was, "Go to Dillon then." I know where I'll be taking my business and it won't be Frontier HD. read more

I don't want to discredit the place entirely, not that I think my opinion has that much power at all, but if you're looking for a Harley Davidson dealership to do continued business with look elsewhere because this is not the place. If you're looking for a place to go to once and have a fantastic time experience this is your place. Your first time is great they make it memorable and everyone is friendly and talkative. But the 2nd time and every time thereafter they act like you talking to them is a hassle or helping you with questions about you're personal motorcycle and no one wants to be accommodating. Kinda feels like they just want to sell me a bike which I know is their job and I do get that, but they could at least make it seem like they want continued business. When the time comes to get another one unless something changes and they start acting like they like their customers who come in regularly I won't be going here..... Sadly read more

ll frontier you have lost our business due to the insulting rude sales clerk who insists her recolation of events are true and was unable to place herself in the situation at hand which had nothing to do with her "good memory" she was mistaken this time and I left feeling as though I was called a liar and had no right in receiving the promotional gift that was apart of my purchase however I did not receive it so I had to call and have them hold one back for me. When I came to get merchandise that had been on back order I was told by the sales clerk that she asked the other sales clerk (who helped me) about it and there wasn't one held back due to her faulty memory. I will say that my memory after putting out the money we do there that I am very aware of the enactments that occur when spending hundreds of dollars and this sales clerk went above and beyond to prove me wrong. Well I'm not and it is due to your inability to satisfy and appreciate customers who are the backbone of your paychecks and not by entitlement rather depends on mutual respect and having help from a qualified personal who is paid for assisting customers. Maybe next time you could have a solution that would be a win win situation and come up with an alternative promotion or some type of action that doesn't cost the company business. Good luck and may the sales team learn some conduct methods that make them approachable to the customers they serve rather than being defensive and adamit to proving the customer is wrong. I've been to over 20 Harley Dealers in the last year and these people are some of the best. The clothing staff really knows their stuff and can tell you all about each item, which is important. The service department is totally top notch. Sales is also really good. I've purchased 2 Harleys from them, had a ton of service work performed and bought a lot of clothing from them. The parts staff is also excellent. They have a lot of samples, such as seats and handlebars, that you can put on a bike to try each one out. I've never seen another dealer with that level of service. The inventory is great, service is great, staff really cares and the dealer really supports the riders thru the HOG chapter. They'll let you join even if you don't ride a Harley. You won't find this level of respect and service anywhere. read more

This dealership is exceptional. I am a fairly young motorcycle enthusiast and going to dealerships around the country I am treated differently at each one because of my age. I am happy to say that this dealership treats each customer as valuable even someone as young as me. I have gone to their service center for 3 different bikes and each time I take a new bike in, no matter how dirty or damaged it is, they do a brilliant job at a decent rate and always walk me through each little detail that they do to the bike. The only issue I have ever run into at this dealership are lengthy repairs. This dealership always keeps me informed on delays, setbacks, and or ordering mishaps. In the end they do a great job but it just takes awhile sometimes. They are always friendly and even on days where I ride out to just look at future buys, the employees are always cheery and helpful. read more

This is my home dealer. Tom in parts is awesome he knows a lot and will work with you all day long. The clothes sales girls are great can be moody at times but dealing with people all day can do that to you. Service is great as well The service manager can be a bit testy as well but in the end he is a good guy. Mike in sales is top notch as well I took my brother in one day to pick something up for my bike Mike visted with my brother but didn't pusch him to look at bikes or anything. Called the service shop about getting some tires mounted on my non-HD bike, and was told to bring the wheels by. When i arrived, they made fun of me for riding a "jap" bike and told me to come back "when i get a harley". I definitely wont be back there! read more
