The location was easy to find although it was not plain as to which building the test would be conducted in I found it. The clinic is very clean, it has very good security personnel who were more than willing to help me find the building I was looking for. From the appointment letter being sent with all of the forms that needed to be completed in the mail, which could be completed before you get here it really sped up the checking in process. The clerk in the front was super hospitable and answered all my questions. I had a very short wait called in just at my appointment time. The person who called me back was Dr. Taylor. He met me with a smile and hand shake then proceeded to take me to the exam room. He began conducting the Nerve Conduction Test by explaining exactly what he was looking for and how he would determine it. He performed the Nerve Conduction Test on both hands, explaining every step. I wasn't in the dark about any of it, as I was on my first test. At the completion of the test I felt like I could perform it myself. I've never had a doctor explain things so well. After the test he escorted me back to the waiting area, shook my hand again and said "God Bless". My best doctor/clinic experience ever. Parts of it seemed a little dated, but it overall looked clean and well-kept (especially the gym and daycare). While running the 5K, the ground appeared well-kept. I did spot a rather hilarious looking concessions trailer, but it didn't seem out of place and did a good job of providing the kind of ambiance I would expect in rural Kentucky. The weights in the weight room are never, ever, ever sorted into their correctly labeled spots (you can only blame other patrons up to a certain point--then you have to start asking why the staff aren't enforcing a sorting rule or sorting them themselves). 2. The wifi is spotty. 3. When equipment breaks, repairs take forever. One of the selectorized weight machines had a weight that stuck for months and months after I politely mentioned it to staff multiple times. 4. The men's bathroom by the weight room often has a very strong urine smell and the hinge on the stall door is not dependable. And handle on the sink in there has been broken for weeks. 5. The second hand on one of the wall clocks in the weight room is broken, and has been for a long time, which is frustrating if you want to time a lifting rest. (It's a small thing, but it's the kind of thing staff should handle without having to be asked by their customers. Plus, who wants to be "that guy" who asks them to fix their clock? I already asked once--now I'd rather use up my political capital asking about the wifi.) 6. Any time you have to do ANYTHING in the office, it takes forever. Reception and basic bookkeeping tasks move at a snail's pace. Again, all the staff are very nice, and overall things are not bad. However, there are some continual/recurring (and frustrating) problems that appear to be a lack of proper management.

All of this harassment because I stated I felt uncomfortable at the studio in January 2022 and she perceived my actions as rude. As if calling a paying customer a c**t is not rude and unprofessional.... Please take your business elsewhere. This studio is not empowering and the owner is a bully, I cannot believe a woman who is a mother would treat another woman this way, it is absolutely shameful.
