The Dr was very thorough in his initial exam, making sure it wasn't a disk injury or something that could require surgery. He asked a lot of questions and kept inquiring of his pain level, which was great. After some electro therapy, stretching and heat, he was able to adjust him easily. My husband and mother-in-law finally convinced me to go to a chiropractor. Skeptically, I decided to try it out. I went to a chiropractor that practiced NUCCA. I decided that I actually liked it and it was working! I continued on a fairly regular basis to get adjusted. My pain went a way, for the most part and I improved my range of motion. My first doctor ended up relocating so I switched to another one that also practiced NUCCA, that one was in Longmont, CO and it became too far for me to travel. A couple of years went by and I was not able to find a NUCCA chiropractor any closer than the one in Longmont. My pain gradually came back, except this time it was in my wrist.
