There are reasons as to why I am giving five stars even though things got messed up. There is one care coordinator right now. She's doing the best that she can with a large load of work. I think anyone who's worked in customer service knows that hard to deal with. She is fielding a lot. If the lab makes a mistake she is stuck trying to deal with the customer, and all the anger and frustration that might come with that. I personally witnessed other situations where she was not being treated well, and was handling things as best as she could. The other staff is much the same. Everyone is doing their best to try to work together. Again, I witnessed many ppl treating the customer service from administration to billing horribly. That said, there were issues. Without getting too into the mucky details two pairs of my glasses were broken. It was an awful mistake. Everyone felt awful all around. It took a bit to figure out, but we got it figured out and then some. It just took some patience and communication...also understanding. I think it's important to remember to be kind. Things happen. Sometimes mistakes happen, but if things are fixed in the process there's no reason to get too worked up. They will fix it! Promise!

Since then I have been back 4 times! They have remade the lenses 3 times and still I am having headaches and dizziness from the glasses! I've been wearing eye glasses for 35 years and never had this kind of problem before! The last measurements were done by the doctor herself, which addressed a concern I had with the original measurements being done by the technicians. The glasses get better with each iteration, but 4 times??? Really guys??? It's been 4 months now and no solution. I've already paid them $1000 dollars so going somewhere else is not an option.. Does anybody there really care about their patients???

It was disappointing not to get that extra heads-up, especially when it's for something important like my child's health.
