Great service! Blake came out to help with our mice problem. We started with some traps to see if…read morethat would resolve the issue. Sadly, it did not. We had to do more. We called Blake out again to which he set more traps, identified entry points around the outside of the house, and sealed everything up. He was kind, polite, and very knowledgeable. He showed us what he was doing and why. I personally love when I learn the "why". After sealing up the house, he came back 2 weeks later to check on the traps and see how things were going. Their service comes with a solid warranty and any new critters we encounter, just give them a call and they'll come out to check, diagnose, and fix. It's not the cheapest to get your house sealed up, but worth it with the extra home visits and warranty. Highly recommend!

If you are a female and have a male exterminator, come out, they will lie to you and try selling you unnecessary add-ons that have zero impact on pest control. And you'll get exterminators who are trying to have a side business and make money from the company they work for, much like I feel Sally is doing with us. And so began the work to get it out. A trap was set on a Thursday morning and by Monday morning the raccoon was trapped. Every morning someone came out to look at the trap to see if anything had been trapped. After the raccoon was trapped, another trap was placed to stay up there for a few days to make sure there is only one. Thanks Harries! Recently we had a new service person come, Dietrich, who was excellent compared to the previous guy. Dietrich was very thorough, checked every thing, every trap, sprayed everywhere, and took photos. He was there a decent amount of time to do it right. Some of the others had just gone through the restaurant quickly just hitting here and there.
