They worked on it for 2 weeks with absolutely no change. They too drew the white flag and was never seen or heard from again. I was referred over to Classic Pool Services from a friend. Ben took a look at the pool, smiled and said, "We can turn this around." It was the confidence in his voice that reassured me, when it seemed like a lost cause. His knowledge and expertise was evident as he skillfully assessed the plan of attack and, over time, put that plan into action. Ben was also very courteous in letting us know when he arrived and what he would be doing. And then upon leaving, he always mentioned when he would be back and what the next steps he would take - assuring us that the plan was on track. Classic Pool Services really cares about doing the best job possible, and it shows. I wanted my hot tub to be cleaned and ready to go. The service technician was nice, but I will not be using this company again. All of the dirt and sand is still in the hot tub after their service. The hot tub cover and the rim surrounding the hot tub are extremely dirty and were not cleaned. (I've had another company do the exact same service, and it was sparkling clean afterwards.) (I do not expect anything for free. I was trying to give a new company a chance, and I won't make this mistake again.)
