This one is, without any doubt, the WORST I've ever had. They started off great and got my pool back to blue after the last company let it just turn green. After a few weeks, however, they quit caring and my pool has been green for weeks (maybe even a couple of months). When I inquired about it, they claimed it was because of all of the plants around the pool. My backyard is landscaped but there's nothing about it that would cause it to turn green. It turned green, in my opinion, because they didn't want to spend the money necessary to keep it blue. Ultimately, I had to fire them because their pool tech started yelling at my housekeeper and got extremely aggressive. He even made veiled threats to me. I will get the money they required that I pay them in advance even if I have to sue them. My advice: DO NOT LET THEM ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR POOL. If I could give less than 1 star, I would give them a negative 5 star rating.

In the last 2 seasons, I have not had to do a thing to my pools other than simple pre-swim leaf cleaning. The water is no kidding always blue and clear. Can't say enough good things. I will mention they haven't been perfect and made so mistakes and had a couple bad services but as soon as alerted them to about it, their front office had me a fix and re-service within the same or next day. This is a very professional company that is serious about their products, service, and kindness. They also have reasonable rates for the amount of time and chemicals they use and don't charge me other than what's baked into the monthly cost. Don't hesitate to pull the trigger today. Lee

There have been a few bumps over the years with technicians that weren't so great (this is why I gave a 4 instead of 5), but those techs didn't last long and I've been very happy with the crew that we've had for the last 8 months or so. Management is always quick to respond to questions or complaints, and the few times that we had big issues they made it right by promptly fixing the issue and refunding my fee for the month. I also like the pool report they send after each service visit and their new portal is nice.
