The 5 hour class felt like it passed quickly because the instructor isn't boring! I definitely would recommend. Also take your test in Staten Island. It's like $30 extra but it's completely residential and it'll be exactly like the places you practice at!

Many of the staff and presenters were passionate, friendly, and took the time to answer my questions. These presenters are working on all kinds of cool stuff (fibers for performance wear, biofoam for shoes, etc) and it's cool that so many young people are thinking about sustainability. This most recent time which was last weekend, I rented the kitchen to host a 20 seater chefs table. Both Ronna & her assistant Kim were beyond helpful. They were both available through email & phone anytime myself or my event planner had questions. Ronna was also super flexible with my timing & arranging for rental drop off & pick ups. The place was cleaned when we arrived and Kim was there to make sure we had everything we needed when we arrived. I highly recommend this space and would definitely book again.
