The manager's tone and questioning made us feel as if we were trying to get something for free, which was insulting. I asked for another manager. The second manager repeated the same unnecessary explanations instead of addressing the problem. I told them to just ring us up for the mozzarella sticks -- we would pay -- but that we would not be returning after being interrogated over hot mozzarella sticks. The manager then said not to worry about paying, but we made it clear we weren't looking for anything free. He also offered to box our food, which we declined.
