I am so disappointed I went to Buffalo wild wings today and placed 2 for 20.00 and mozzarella sticks appetizer and an order of the new 6 sauces on the side I specifically asked if we could get the sauces out with the mozz We ordered mozzarella sticks with the sauces so we could try everything together. The mozzarella sticks came out barely warm -- snapping instead of pulling -- and the sauces arrived separately afterward. I politely asked if we could have hot mozzarella sticks brought out with the sauces at the same time. Instead of simply correcting the issue, a manager (or assistant manager) came to our table and began debating our request, explaining when the sauces were ordered and questioning why we wanted the sticks remade. I explained clearly that we ordered the full appetizer with sauces together and even asked the waitress to bring everything at the same time. She agreed. The manager's tone and questioning made us feel as if we were trying to get something for free, which was insulting. I asked for another manager. The second manager repeated the same unnecessary explanations instead of addressing the problem. I told them to just ring us up for the mozzarella sticks -- we would pay -- but that we would not be returning after being interrogated over hot mozzarella sticks. The manager then said not to worry about paying, but we made it clear we weren't looking for anything free. He also offered to box our food, which we declined. We are educated, hardworking people, and we have never been treated this way over something so simple. We will not be back. read more

Grove City Curse. A Restaurant in GC starts out good then they all decline. 3 stars is not fair to the waitresses. They try for what they have to deliver. It's a chicken place and they can't even batter and fry Chicken. The tenders look and are pulled out of the freezer and tossed in oil. Take the time to take fresh chicken batter it. I walked in with my family And I'm always smiling , and waiter there had the most rude attitude , she past me 4 times and I still smiled back at her .. there were also a couple in front of me picking up take out order , she helped them and still ignored me ‼ We were the only Hispanics there‼There were two other employees in back just looking at me and gossiping with each other !! This is our second visit and both times have been excellent. It is bright, warm (comfortable considering it's 20 degrees outside), and clean. Our food was delicious. I had a birthday reward of wings! We tried the Honey Garlic. Yum! We both got hamburgers (which we like better than the restaurant known for their burgers)and tots. The manager delivered them to our table and didn't think they gave us enough tots so he brought out more! Of course we had to get dessert to celebrate so we got the cookie skillet with vanilla ice cream and some whipped cream. Yum Sarah was our server and she was very attentive. Ordered for pick up. I ordered wings, potato wedges, and a skillet cookie with icecream. When I went to pick up my order there was no icecream and when I asked about it I was told it's not standard to give icecream for take out orders. Excuse me if im ordering it and it's advertised as with icecream and then I pay for it I better get my icecream. What a scam! And they gave me fries instead of potato wedges with measly portions. Not too bad for a new spot in town. Walked in & sat at the bar around 2 on a Thursday. Bar had some empty seats and bartenders quickly said hi and took my drink order. Lots of beers on tap like a traditional BW3's. $4 for a short ultra is a little high, but I never thought BW3's was cheap. It was a Thursday do they had buy 6, get 6 free on boneless. I ordered medium & honey bbq. Came out in 15-20 minutes, hot & fresh. I always forget how spicy even their medium level sauces are. 2 beers & 12 wings were $19 before tip. Not bad. A grilled chicken salad on a Tuesday night with 3 other tables was a 30 minute wait. The kitchen is so slow, and the food is not worth it. Really would like to give it only one star but I'll be fair since they're new and they need some time to get their act together. First of all, it is so bright in this place and like one big open room, not like the other places in this chain. We were seated at a high top table when several booths nearby were available. The service was very slow, husband's wings (buffalo) didn't even have sauce on them just some kind of rub powder. So he sent them back. I also asked for extra buffalo sauce which I pretty much gave up on because it was an hour later before they even brought my husband's wings back and I had finished mine already. I still got charged 99 cents for the sauce. So many other things went wrong, they didn't refill my husband's water. Server kept coming back and asking what kind of sauce he wanted on his wings. Just very slow, we didn't want to totally blame the servers but I am pretty sure their kitchen is either short staffed and cannot meet the high volume of customers, or maybe it's a management issue and they need to train their staff better. Hopefully they get it together...we might wait a few months until the new restaurant hype calms down. read more

Not impressed! I placed a order on a Wed at 455 for a530 pickup. Ordered wings with celery and fries with Salt and vinegar rub. Got there right at 530. Food was cold. We've been in a number of times. While the bar staff is super nice, the kitchen does not deliver. Food takes forever to come out. Soggy wings on multiple occasions. The advertised deals in the app are for some reason never "working". I was here just tonight and one bartender had to take care of 18 customers. Excuses piling up: "we're changing the keg" and "I'm not sure what the kitchen is doing". Such a shame because they work hard, management should schedule better.
