Instead of simply correcting the issue, a manager (or assistant manager) came to our table and began debating our request, explaining when the sauces were ordered and questioning why we wanted the sticks remade. I explained clearly that we ordered the full appetizer with sauces together and even asked the waitress to bring everything at the same time. She agreed. The manager's tone and questioning made us feel as if we were trying to get something for free, which was insulting. I asked for another manager. The second manager repeated the same unnecessary explanations instead of addressing the problem. I told them to just ring us up for the mozzarella sticks -- we would pay -- but that we would not be returning after being interrogated over hot mozzarella sticks. The manager then said not to worry about paying, but we made it clear we weren't looking for anything free. He also offered to box our food, which we declined. We are educated, hardworking people, and we have never been treated this way over something so simple. We will not be back.

The parm was good enough. Tender chicken, good bread, decent sauce. Service was slow. It always takes a bit, but they weren't busy yet took way longer than normal. I wasn't in a rush, but I would not recommend this for a quick lunch break. There were several small mistakes in our order that we noticed when we got home. Service was, however, friendly. Prices are high for the quality and quantity, I think.

I drove over to the Taco Bell expecting them to try to argue and fight with me about making it right and giving me what I paid for (as this is always the response I get when I go through the drive thru in Obetz and they get my order wrong or leave items out) but when I got to the S High Street location the gentleman was very patient, very friendly and handled the situation in a very professional way. He apologized for the inconvenience, even though they made the order correctly and it wasn't their mistake-the DoorDash driver didn't pick up the full order- and he made a fresh order for us. He made the situation so much better than I expected with his excellent customer service skills and I greatly appreciate that. This will be my new go to place for now on. This is the way customers should be treated when a mistake is made others should take note of that
