We used them for several window treatments and could not have been happier with the results. LuAnn, the owner, and her staff are personable, professional, and exceptionally helpful. There is no snobbery here and certainly no sales pressure. They accommodated our busy schedules by pulling samples based on our initial discussions of likes and dislikes and delivering them to our home so we can take our time with reviewing each. Once selected, it took about 4 weeks to get everything made. They also measured and installed. Yes, you will have to pay for the service and quality. However, these are all customized items so they will be higher than popping into your local retail shop and buying them ready-made. The fantastic thing is that they will work with your budget, and they did not pass judgement when I had to restrict the prices of fabric for several of our windows. Our window treatments have come out beautifully, from the custom shutters to the fabric shades. We still have several shades and curtains on their way and I expect them to be just as fabulous. Everyone deserves a little luxury (even me!), and The Finished Window may be able to do it within your budget.

The staging was delayed by a week. Once the house was staged it was very obvious it did not meet the luxury listing we had: bedrooms had just a bed/nightstand only, the beds looked like boxes and had thin bedding, very sparsely furnished rooms, almost no decor and untouched kitchen area. Just very sad and lifeless design. We gave them a second attempt and although it was a bit better it still was not up to par compared to our listing price. We respectfully asked to destage. The destaging part took forever. While the team offered a third attempt at staging (which was declined), mysteriously the truck become unavailable to destage until the next week, then the end of the week, then Friday, then Friday morning and finally a 30min heads up when we are 60in away. After destaging we got a $7,500 bill and had the task of removing lots of oversized 2inch nails from our walls. I unfortunately cannot recommend working with Setting the Space. I made a similar review on Angi's list.
