It was filling and tasted healthy. There were large sides of yams and broccolini. For dessert, I got the Majestic (dense carrot cake with thick and creamy lemon cashew vanilla frosting). I liked the frosting quite a bit -- a little sweet, but not too sweet. The cake part was too dense for me; the texture was almost like that of a blondie (1 star off). For my drink, I got the Love smoothie (almond milk, coconut water, banana, kale, almond butter, date, and spirulina). It was hydrating and filling. I could even have it as a breakfast meal. The cafe is on the penthouse floor, at the top of the building. People are doing yoga outside of the cafe. What a great place to do yoga and get something healthy to eat and drink!

I have been a patient of Dr. Frost's for several years and wouldn't even consider going to another Chiropractor. It all started with a severe back strain and I was able to get into see Dr. Frost and start treatment within an hour after my initial phone call. He understood my need and made the time to start right away. He provided me with a plan to get well and within a few visits was pain free. I go regularly now for monthly adjustments or if I need an adjustment right away, he'll fit me in. In addition the office staff are easy to work with on scheduling, insurance coverage, and payment. What kind of Doctor talks to his patients about his divorce? Instead of spending time talking about my lower back pain, he continued to tell me his sob story about his ex-wife wanting more money and going back to court. NEVER will I visit this office again. He knows nothing about longevity or wellness. Nor does he even use the word wellness. These reviews make him sound like he has magical hands... that was not the case, he is all about HIM!
