They're using state-of-the art recovery and therapy methods that professional sports teams will often use to aid their athletes, so for regular folks it's awesome to be able to experience these firsthand. My personal favorite is the cryochamber. Strip down to your undies and wear nothing but soft boots and gloves and be prepared to freeze. The chamber surrounds you with air supercooled to -250*F but only for a maximum of 3 minutes. Then you're done. It's over. Of course, you should do your own research and consult your doctor before stepping in the chamber, but I've seen immediate benefits with repeat visits. Much quicker recovery from workouts, increased metabolism, much better sleep. So beneficial for me that it's become a part of my daily routine.
