And I had no safety worries as all staff was wearing masks the entire time. Plus with the high temp I'd think all virus would be diminished. We started sweating buckets around 10 minutes in. It is beyond the most extreme cardio sesh you can think of. My friend said at the end that I was glowing, so I guess the detoxing worked! When I first walked in, the whole place looked and felt like a spa. There was relaxing music and dim lights right when I walked in. They had an area with bathrooms and a locker area for me to lock up my personal items and change into comfy flip flops. I was then led to the waiting area which had 2 areas to choose from- a complementary foot bath or an area with spacious lounge chairs that had a zen garden and books. I opted for the foot bath where the workers brought out a delicious tea that immediately relaxed me. When my esthetician was ready for me, she brought me to a private room with a heated blanket for me to settle into, and explained everything in good detail before we got started so I knew what to expect beforehand, without many interruptions of talking during. The facial was fantastic and my skin was lifted and glowing afterwards. I felt very well taken care of without being rushed. Afterwards, I was brought out to the same waiting area with a headed neck and shoulder pad for me to relax and take my time to leave when I'm ready. I think the whole experience was so unique with the care and attention I received before and after the facial made this place stand out above the rest. I will definitely be back!
