I cannot recommend this particular location…read more I originally discovered them through Classpass and did cryotherapy a couple of times, which was great. I then decided to take advantage of a special that they had and bought cryotherapy sessions over the phone at a discounted rate. The person who sold them to me completely neglected to tell me the expiration date at all, or that the sessions would expire rather quickly after I purchased them. I then had a few things come up, and a few months did go by, after which I decided to call and schedule a cryotherapy session (or try to, anyway). I was told, rather nonchalantly, that the entire package I bought had expired. I asked if there was any way the expiration date could be extended. The answer was a resounding no because they had gone over to a new booking system in the time between the sale and my call. No further explanation was offered. The whole tone of this conversation was basically "oh no, looks like you're out of luck and lost some money. So sad! Nothing I can do about it! Gotta go!" Granted, the employee didn't use those phrases, but that's what it felt like overall. They seem like a business that is excited to sell products or services but doesn't really care about customer service once the sale has been made. I wish this business had been more transparent about the fact that if you buy any of their packages or services during a sale, that the expiration date rolls around quite quickly. If I had known this, I probably wouldn't have bought any specials in the first place simply because I'm a person who has a lot going on and also travels for work. I won't be coming back.

The price is a bit high. $100 for an adjustment and a Cryo session. The adjustment is pretty thorough but it should be for that high of a price. I don't think caregivers should be able to provide services if they are openly and hatefully biased against others. I can prove I'm a real client. The parking for his building is on the backside of the building away from the street. There is a ticket taker and parking is timed. When you enter the building you have to walk into the building and then walk all the way around the elevator shafts to get to the front of the buildings where the elevator doors are. I saw him and his assistant/ gf who always had purple or pink or blue hair. The Cryo machine is inside and all the way to the back and to the right of the office. People, especially other Jewish people need to know who they are dealing with. Stop hating Jewish people, Dr. Craig!!

I'll keep trying it to help alleviate some pain I have from doing jiu jitsu.
