After getting several estimates and meeting with the various contractors, my wife and I decided to go with them. My wife liked the two gentlemen and their attitudes. They started the work on Monday January 25, 2021. Everything went well with the countertop and backsplash as well as the Electrical work. A big plus, they were done with that portion of the work in 3 days... He asked if I could go ahead and pay them, so, Liking what had transpired up to that point, I went ahead and paid them in full... A third party cabinet maker had told me that the Pantry would be done Friday, January 29, 2021 and we set an appointment with the contractor to get it installed and finish the backsplash. The cabinet was not ready that Friday, so we rescheduled for the following Monday. The cabinet maker called me on Monday February 1, 2021 and told me that the cabinet would not be ready that day. Knowing that the Contractor had talked to them on the previous Friday, I called him and asked him what he was told as to when the Cabinet would be finished. He immediately got defensive and refused to tell me what they told him... I don't know, he might not have understood what I was asking. I asked he the question twice and could not get an answer from him. I lost my temper, yelled at him and hung up the phone to call the Cabinet Maker back. I then called the Cabinet maker back and they had the finished Pantry delivered to my house that same day. When I called the contractor back to schedule the time for them to finish the job, I was told to find someone else. He said that I was Mean to him on the phone and he would not be disrespected... Now that all of this has transpired, I tried to look them up on google, they are not listed. The Card I was given said "20 years experience"... When I looked them up with the Better Business Bureau, they have only been in business for 5 years... I Learned my lesson. I will do a better job of researching who I do business with and definitely will not fall for a sob story and pay them before the job is finished... I am out the total cost of the job and have a kitchen that is not finished...

First, the initial estimate was a bit higher than I wanted to pay but they worked with me to bring it within my budget and I still got everything I needed and nearly everything I wanted. Once the project started. I was kept informed daily of progress for that day and expected progress for the next day. The end result was amazing and I am extremely pleased. They warranty their work and the products they use so when I had an issue with one of the shower doors, I sent an email stating the issue. I received a reply from one of the owners and a text from the project manager within an hour saying they would take care of it. The project manager was sick the day of the email but came out the next morning and fixed the problem. All within 24 hrs of my email! No questions asked! They just took cared the problem asap! These people are AMAZING and I will use them for any other remodel projects I may have in the future.
