I've coordinated close to 100 events, and this one was especially important because it was for a family member. From the moment I arrived, there was a clear lack of communication between the venue owners. The woman in charge was rude and unhelpful from the start. Not only was she unpleasant, but she also badmouthed the bride and groom, which was completely unprofessional. We had paid an extra $700 for an additional table, and when I asked about it, she threw a fit and accused us of trying to get things for free--despite it already being paid for. Throughout the night, she continued to be rude and uncooperative, so I chose to work directly with the wait staff, who were much more helpful. To make matters worse, the staff packed up all the leftover food and kept it for themselves without even offering it to us. Although we had the venue booked until 1:30 AM, she started trying to shut the event down by midnight. Our event was elegant, and the guests were respectful. The event space is spacious and beautiful, with plenty of room for our decorations, dining tables, entertainment, and dancing. Since there was no other event scheduled that day, we were generously allowed to decorate in advance, which made our preparation much easier and less stressful. The kitchen area and available food warmers were also very convenient for serving our large group of guests. Dennis was friendly, professional, and very easy to communicate with. He clearly explained all the available options, answered our questions, and offered helpful suggestions throughout the planning process. Ariana was also extremely helpful. She assisted us with the room layout, open-bar arrangements, and room discounts for our guests. Her recommendations helped us use the space effectively and made the entire celebration run smoothly.
