I've given this place soo many chances and it just keeps getting worse. I only come here for Gunther's ice cream since it's the closest then driving all the way to sac. Service sucks so bad The ladies are always rude and unwelcoming plus the amount of ice cream for the price you pay. Is not worth it. Wish I can give no stars. 1 Star -- Absolutely Horrible Experience, Never Going Back I've been eating frozen yogurt my whole life, and I've never experienced something this disappointing. I stopped by this location while supercharging my Tesla with my little cousin. He grabbed a shaved ice and I got a cookies-and-cream yogurt--something I've ordered countless times at many shops. The yogurt tasted spoiled. Not "a flavor I didn't like"--actually spoiled. So I walked back in politely and told the staff something wasn't right and asked if I could get something else. Instead of basic customer service, I got treated like I was trying to scam them. The employee questioned me over and over as if I was lying, saying "This is our most popular item, I don't know what to tell you." I repeated multiple times that it didn't taste right and something was wrong with it. Instead of just helping, she went to talk to her manager for almost eight minutes while I stood there waiting. Their "solution"? They told me I could only get another yogurt--the exact same thing that tasted spoiled. How does that make any sense? I even tried to make it easier for them and asked for a simple tea instead, which costs much less. She still refused, saying she could only give me another yogurt. At that point it was clear they didn't actually want to help, so I said I'd pay for the tea myself. And I did. Then I left. They lost a customer today not because of a bad product (that can happen), but because of attitude, lack of basic customer service, and acting like a paying customer is a problem instead of a priority. If this is how they treat people who politely bring up a concern, I can't imagine how they handle anything serious. Absolutely terrible experience. I won't be back, and I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. read more

The yogurt was practically melted before I walked out of the store. There was a very limited amount of "add-ons" and they had not been refilled. M&Ms and walnuts were stale. I dropped my cone literally 2 seconds before paying at the counter. She didn't offer for me to get a new one, she just made me pay. I had to say ummm can I get a new ice cream. This yogurt spot just opened. It is located within the Raley's shopping center, in the same set of suites as Burger IM. Love the consistency of the frozen yogurt (I am not a big fan of watery yogurt). Excited they have some not so typical flavors like Cafe and straeberry banana. Nom nom nom! Honestly, their frozen yogurt is very creamy and has great flavor! I would prefer this over YogurtLand and Tutti Frutti because of the creaminess. Please be careful coming here if your kids have an allergy!! It was our first time coming here checking out the place and the kids decided they wanted yogurt. Plus one star for the variety of flavors and choices. Kids loved the cotton candy yogurt choice. Next, my daughter wanted some candy toppings in her bowl so she chose some cookies and chocolate sprinkles. Grabbed the scoop for the chocolate sprinkles and the bucket since it was high on top. I sprinkled some in my daughters bowl and afterwards I noticed some caked on orangeish brownish thing on the scoop and asked the owner what it was. She replied oh maybe they used it for another topping and put it there. I asked her if that topping had peanuts and she said no, the peanuts are on the other side. I looked at her and asked her again, are you sure this isn't the peanut butter cups? She then asked if we had an allergy and I said yea my daughters allergic to peanuts... she's like oh ok yea just grab the fruits or other topping that's on the counter instead. She wasn't concerned about the cross contamination and / or that her scoops were filthy. She didn't try to help us out and get a new batch of sprinkles for my daughter until I asked for some from the back.
