My favorite flavor overall since I've been going there is "cookies" They do a good job rotating flavors too. They usually have a few test flavors in their main display for people to choose. They also have a few keto flavors typically as well. They carry custard, vanilla or chocolate, and sorbets too. Lots to choose from. Rich, Michelle, & the crew are all super nice, and give great customer service & a great product. One thing this place is really good at, is being open. Local business we've noticed, close pretty early, or sometimes aren't even open when they say they are. If I go to Aldo's before 10 pm, I don't think I've ever seen them closed.
