I can't stand when you get a BLT and it lacks bacon, that surely is not the case here. My best friend loves to get their over medium eggs; the yolks are flawless, hash brown with cheese and toast. My other friend is a huge fan of their banana nut bread, it's a delectable breakfast item that feels more like a dessert and is dangerously addictive. I can't say enough positive things about this establishment, I will for sure be back again and again when in the area. There are plenty of other options. The place isn't fancy, it's just a simple "coffee shop vibe." I'm seated right away and they bring me my menu. It's a decent size menu, but as the name says, they have a lot of omelettes, broken down by protein. They have a decent number of bacon omelettes, sausage, omelettes, chicken, omelettes, vegetarian, omelettes, etc..... I decided to have the steak, Philly omelette. Angus steak, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, and swiss cheese. I chose fruit instead of potatoes, and for bread, you can have toast, pancakes, waffle, French toast, or biscuits and gravy. I chose the French toast. The food comes, and there was a lot of it. They are four egg omelettes. It was humongous. The eggs were good. And while the steak tasted very good, I thought it was a little bit on the tough side. I didn't mind it too much, I didn't expect to get filet mignon. The veggies were tender. I normally don't like bell pepper, but hey, it's a Philly cheesesteak omelette. I'm glad that they didn't overdo the bell pepper. The cheese was also creamy and delicious. Everything played very well together. The French toast was extremely good. It was battered just right. It tasted like a good French toast should. The fruit was fresh. There was so much food, half of the omelette came home with me. For the quantity and quality of food, the price was reasonable. I'm taking a star off, because of the service. It was 11 AM on a Wednesday, and the place was less than half full. When they bring me my coffee, they didn't ask me if I wanted creamer, and I didn't notice that there was none on the table. I had to ask a second time for creamer. When she brought me my omelette, I asked her if she had Cholula hot sauce. She said, yes. I will bring it to you. She never did. I had to ask a separate server for the sauce. Finally, my coffee cup was empty, and I had to ask twice for a coffee refill. It was inconvenient. I know they are extremely busy on the weekends, I wonder what the service is like during the busy times... Other than the service, the meal was fantastic. There were disappointing things, first, the check-in process, which was extremely long and not very convenient after a long trip. Not to mention the unlawful behavior of the current management! There have been two different general managers since I've been here and let's just say I rather have chose the lesser evil of the two! from charging incorrect charges to my card, to charging an previous tenant for his room AFTER he caught pneumonia, in the hospital, and passed away!! (rest his soul). The fire alarms were outdated and just were changed out back in December 2025 (which they still aren't done working on, so they go off at random times). Mold in the bathrooms, mold under the AC units, they don't replace the air filters, they simply clean them off with water and return them to the unit. They changed the rules for breakfast, which is dine in now, and I left a review for how I felt about that, and the new management thought it was ok to express my opinion to the entire staff, and as I walked up to the front desk, I heard them talking about how I gave them a bad rating! Highly inappropriate to tell the name of who left the review, guess that's more important than actually raising the bar for their establishment! The previous general manager, Elizabeth, tried charging me unknowingly, for sheets that my baby threw up, I politely asked to speak to corporate and was told that they would take the charges off! Fast forward to September 24th, 2025. We went to court and the current general manager lied under oath about everything! I will be doing a civil suit and anyone is open to join if you've ever encountered serious problems with this establishment! They have BED BUGS, they sprayed rooms 122 & 120 in A building and never notified anyone (pictures attached), fire alarms "up to code" but still go off, not to mention we need a new carbon monoxide detector and maintenance took it and never came back to replace it (I don't hold maintenance accountable because they do a lot around here!) mold in the bathrooms (pictures attached) water was shut off and no notice (illegal in the state of California, I also have a video of the BROWN WATER). General manager doesn't like people of color either, I've seen how he treats them versus other races! Never met such a lazy ass general manager, always leaving his issues for front desk to deal with! Such a bad example of someone who's supposed to be a leader! Not to mention he's told workers not to be too friendly to guests!(specifically told a worker to not to my friend at work lol) and all of this is on record, with corporate (email attached with case reference just in case anyone would like to call and reference my "allegations." But of course the general manager is going to say my review is full of lies and I'm mad because we lost in court lol..GLORY TO GOD WE ARE MOVING FINALLY!! I'm not the only one who publicly stated any of the allegations on a public platform! Best western full of shit, at this location Just be aware at this location! Upper Management is a joke!! All other workers are super cool and pleasant!
