Once the two customer service people were finished with the customers they were assisting they walked the opposite direction from me. I came back around the corner and one of the ladies was putting on make up ignoring me and the young man walked away again. I had been in the store already 30 minutes and was never asked once if I needed anything. I absolutely love Ulta and have patronized many of your stores in Indiana, Tennessee and Mississippi and was always promply greeted. I've had multiple salon services and for birthdays and holidays I would always ask for gift cards from the store because I loved how helpful everyone was. I had stopped going to Sephora for over 11 years because I loved the customer service Ulta had. Unfortunately, today will be the last time I visit this location. I will return to the one in Peachtree City to give Ulta one last chance. Because I didn't have time to drive there today, I went next door to Sephora to make my purchases, where I was greeted when I walked into the cosmetics section in Kohl's. I'm not asking for anything for my inconvenience, I just ask that your other patrons are not treated like this.
