To address your comment about rudeness, I was appalled by your rudeness to interrupt my time with another customer to demand that I complete your prescription. I feel that everyone is important and that they deserve my undivided attention in order to help them with their questions regarding their health issues. Regarding your being overcharged on your prescriptions, WE DISCOVERED THE OVERCHARGE AND BROUGHT IT TO YOUR ATTENTION AND TOLD YOU THAT YOU HAD A CREDIT WITH US which you used up and were thankful that we discovered it.
