The aroma is delicious in its own right...who doesn't enjoy the smells of baking bread....my nostrils are perking up sending happy endorphins to my brain....within seconds I'm in my own grandmother's kitchen!!! I was greeted by very sweet and helpful employee. I explained it was my first visit and she gladly answered my questions. I purchased a loaf of Charleston Sourdough (wheat) and looked over the homemade Pastas and Pesto and said my goodbyes! Immediately outside of shop, I quickly dove into my bag to sample my purchase... definitely going back!! Even without butter or heat, this bread was superb.....can't wait until my next purchase next week!!!
